Vicroads - Werribee Licence Testing Centre

Sat my exam today at Weeribee vicroad. Came all the way from wollert, but the staff was not dissapointing at all, service was superb, the tester was Miss Brooke, her command was clear and accurate and she was very nice too. Great job vicroad weeribee keep up the good work.

Monika is very nice and humble LTO. She makes me confident as I was so nervous I had very good experience with VIC roads Werribee team. Thank you everyone.

I visited Werribee office. Again had a wonderful experience with staff. What a smiley face behind the mask. She did all pre drive documentation and then she also went with us for drive test. Such a beautiful clear voice. She was fantastic such a professional officer.um.her name is Brooke! Keep smiling please. Your smile makes our clients confident.

Naveen the great man, I did my driving test here and i am having great experience, the way Naveen (driving instructor) start was incredible, i was nervous before but when i start he gave me clear instructions. Thanks vic roads for hiring such great people great customer service recommended.

I did my drive test with Naveen today, and as someone who gets nervous very easily, Naveen was so clear with the instructions and made me feel so much at ease while also ensuring strictness in maintaining the appropriate protocols. The beautiful lady at the entrance (I think her name was Taren if I remember correctly) was also super lovely and patient with checking my temperature over and over again until it was low enough for me to enter the office premises. Thank you! ️

I did my driving test at VicRoads Werribee. The testing officer was very clear with instructions. My experience was great right from entering the centre through to driving test and then at the counter. The staff is very professional and very helping.

I had driving test (5/11/21) n my tester was tarren (if is this the correct name) she was completely unfair I know she is the tester and she must have taste of years she failed me at stage one due to lack of observation in actual I was looking into d mirrors whenever I looked her head was down she was takin notes is it my fault I told her that I was lookin and she was like ohh but I didn’t see u I asked her politely if she could gimme a chance coz it was just an unfortunate incident that she wasn’t looking at me and her attitude was like sorry it’s government rules not mine like seriously I don’t have any grudges against u but as far as I knw I didn’t do any major mistake I’m not sayin I’m 101% right ofcourse u are there for a reason but everybody deserves a second chance atleast I’m highly disappointed and upset with her feedback will not recommend anyone

Sharing this review on behalf of my wife who came for her drive test Thursday at Werribee and She had the best experience with her Licence officer
she felt confident with him and he was very helpful during the drive.

Had the best experience. Kolby was my instructor and she was beyond amazing. She kept the whole drive journey calm and took all my nerves off. Driving was so easy and she was super kind:). My test was on 30/07/2021 8: 30 am

What a fantastic experience. The staff here are friendly and amazing. Made a person such as myself who is anxious about tests, feel so comfortable and relaxed. Great customer service and most importantly had a fantastic test officer Tarren (hope that's the correct name) who helped maintain my poise. Thank you all again.

Did an interstate rego plate swap at Vicroads Werribee recently and it was the worst experience I've had dealing with any state Govt office. After alot of patiently waiting in the freezing cold and filling out paperwork (some of it was unnessary as we later found out) a staff member finally came to us admitted to us that one of the other staff in their office had stuffed up in a major way regarding information they had recorded when we had already supplied details for the change on another occassion). So we had to be around approx 20 other people who were all being called before us (yes we had an early appt already booked) and a simple plates swap ended up taking 1hr and 15mins. Thank God I wont have to return here ever again. One or 2 staff here are good but they definately need to improve their processes and training to get more than 1 star overall.

When I read reviews about people failing because of not having instructor I was scared haha! I passed my test today using my own car. The test officer was gentle and calm. I forgot her name, thank you.

My review is for Jennifer the drive test officer here, She is an amazing person who made me feel relaxed and her instructions were very clear during my drive test on 23/6/2021 10: 30 am, Thank you for being such a nice person! Cheers:)

Rony the testing officer at VicRoads Werribee he needs more training as he is not fair with student.
After every thing tested he said I unable to control the car/steering. If he thinks I am not a person who can't control then why he told me drove all the way with all the testing things, including three point turn.

The staff made me feel confident and also explaining whole process before start the driving test.
Chamitha instructor was very polite and respectful during the test.

VicRoads - Werribee is one of the best center in Melbourne. Everybody is smiling and give the customers the best service. I am very lucky to meet Cham instructor who is from Sri Lanka. He is patient, kind, and friendly. I strongly recommend If you want good luck go to Werribee Vic road.

I took my drive test in Geelong vicroad. I met Chamitha as my test officer, he just came to help geelong vic road. Chamitha is very nice during the whole test. He made me very relex and gave me very clear instruction. Eventually, I passed my drive test. Very good drive experience. Thanks Chamitha.

They are very patient people with you, they have a lot of patience so you do not speak English very well, they are always with a positive energy to receive customers and the test instructors are very patient especially Chamitha is an super professional instructor. Thank you Vic Roads!

This is the best centre! All staffs are friendly and helpful. If you want to pass all tests, here is your best choice!
