Worst Place to do Verify Overseas Licence. Customer service lady call 'NUSRAT' was very rude to me and didn’t verify my licence as I was 5 minutes late.

I travelled from Reservoir to Werribee to verify my licence.

Staff here are rude, condescending, and racist to people whose first language isn't english. Staff here stick up for each other even when it's painfully obvious that an Instructor has made mistakes. Don't Waste your time trying to book a test here, money gougers, liars, and i heard constipated.

I don’t understand how you can fail somebody for using there wipers to much on a rainy day and could be a distraction using them. I think just having your wipers on full blast that is a distraction to me not putting them on when you need them

Neetu was exceptionally great with her customer service. I did drive test with her & she make sure I understand the commands clearly

Had my drivers test at Werribee and was really dissapointed with my driving instructor. It all started when doing the car inspection before driving, where he had to confirm with his colleagues what a "volvo" was and if they had ever heard of it. He also seemed very confused that my car didn't have a middle break light. When driving, all was well until he asked me to "pull over here" and when I declared it wasn't safe since it was a tiny road and I would be blocking the road, demanded I pull over ahead and got very frazzled; however when I did, he tells me it was not safe and marked it a critical error as it was a small one way road and was blocking other potential traffic (despite my hesitation because of exactly this) ? Anywho, passed that section of the test and continued on to the final part. He tells me I was going too slow and to do the speed limit, to which I do, and he immediately failed me because I was doing 52 in a 50 zone apparently (my speedometer is a dial with intervals of 20, so it is inaccurate and was why I was going a bit slower). Rubs salt in the wound when he tells me I would have passed if I wasn't speeding. Felt like more of a mind game then a driving test and as if he had to meet his failure quota of the day since I was one of the last appointments. I have since passed at another driving centre with none of this dangerous instruction, so I don't think that was all a part of the test.

I took a driving test with a middle aged, short, going bald white man on the 3rd of july.from the start of my interaction with him he was extremely rude, my hands naturally shake and he told me very abruptly to ‘stop shaking it’s just a driving test’. I already knew before the test commenced that i was probably not going to pass because out of the 3 examiners i saw there, a hijabi lady and an older male that he was by far the rudest.i had to hit the brakes as the car was about to go through the yellow light and he was so dramatic and flung himself forward, i really didn’t brake that hard.please do not get tested here, or if you choose to, be aware of this man (i didn’t get his name his lto number is 2529) but he is in his late 30s to 40, around 5’5-5’7, white, dark hair (from what he has left) he’s going bald, with an aussie accent and an extremely rude attitude.

Passed my driving test today, my tester Kristen was very clear with her instructions which kept me confident throughout the test. Counter staff were amazing aswell.

Great customer service by tester Sam, all the instructions were clear and calm. Highly recommend this place for driving test all the staff were lovely and welcoming.

Woeful service, poor staff attitude and provided incorrect information. Literally tax payer money going down the drain. Would give them zero stars if there was an option to.

They conduct only driving test and license verification in this branch. So, you should have an prior appointment and no walk-ins.
For other customer service you have to visit hopper crossing.
Staff are polite and very helpful!

I took my first driving test here and failed. It was immediate termination error as I was speeding and didnt really notice it. Completely my fault so I am not giving them 1 star just for failing me. They were doing their jobs properly and professionally. Today, I tried my driving test again and was successful. My LTO Hong was very nice and checked on how I was feeling after the first part. She let me breathe for a while before heading off the second part- which is a massive help specially when you're very nervous. Thanks Werribee team, keep up the good work!

Absolutely horrible customer service skills and overall lack of formality. First time drivers are nervous and anxious enough, you don’t need to keep laughing and giggling with your coworker. Made me uncomfortable

I been there for my drive test and first of all they took me late nearly 25 minutes
once i get tester, that was also new, she told me for reverse parking which was not safe to do, what I felt tester was just trying to fail me for no reason, which car she told me for reverse parrellel parking, half car was on road and half was on grass
after every instruction tester keep looking in file, but I felt may be she been trained for just for failing only,
0 experience of testing, Melani tester failed me due no reason trying to get explanation she was discussing with other tester,

Please think before you fail someone everyone comes for test with passing hope

The worst experience, I have took a driving test on 6th September, and the Indian lady seems training someone and two of them was sitting in my car, and I told them I am from different area to have test so the road is completely new for me and they was like it’s ok it will be good.during the test she told me I passed at stage one and then they took me to the main road and I stoped at yellow light but the lady told me why you stop and then I had to go during the red light. Omg i wandering where did she get her license. And she said sorry you are unsuccessful coz I stoped during the yellow light.omg someone help … and also when we back to vicroad I didn’t know I am back and she told me can you go and park there I was looking the parking straight forward but then I released we are back to vicroad and she didnt told me go inside and park or turn left and park, so my Indicator was bit late so ok my fault again, because they don’t make mistakes.how I am gonna accept this as my fault of course I said that to her … she is not happy I can clearly see and she was like I didn’t do head check and I didn’t watch the mirror and bla bla … but dear, you said I passed during the stage one. Alright I cried …very upset have retake my driving test today, and last time when I book the appointment here again I told them please let someone else do and they said ok, but the lady came again towards be with awful attitude, looks like she paid for my driving test or something. And I asking for someone else and she was like. ”ok ok leave her with someone else. ” That face the driver instructor was Peter, the man with no hair. I told him what happened last time and this man is very friendly with the stuff I guess, driving for 6,7 mins and fail me and leave me outside the vicroad and didn’t ask for retest. I am very thankful to make me experience this. But no matter how you guys trying to pull me down I will pass one day, I will retest, retest and retest and pass, but not Werribee Vicroad again …

P/S.notice they treat solo drivers differently, so if anyone read this comment and yet decide to go there to have test it’s good to book an instructor too.

Hi Vic Roads i would like to know why i have learner drivers in Margaret st Werribee all the time. I cannot get out of my driveway most days and God forbid you leave your car out the front of your house as they practice there parking around your car. These driving schools should practice somewhere else other then Margaret st. Over 40 driving schools down our street already today and it is only lunch time. Please would you look into this.

I passed my test in Werribee Vic road, when I entered in office I was so nervous.i was able to drive well, but I had fear of drive test. Monica (driving test officer) was such an amazing lady, she make me feel comfortable and I was able to drive well on the road without doing any mistake. Her voice was so clear I was able to listen her clearly.
