I got my second Covid vaccine here and found the process seamless. Dr Paul was a good doctor and he even consulted with me about another issue I was experiencing on the day and gave me a medical certificate for work. Both my mother and mother-in-law have also attended the practice and were very happy with the service.

Very rude and unprofessional practice manager. Unlawful charges to patients. When objected they accuse you as aggressive and harassment and point the blame back to you. No patient dignity or respect at all. Extremely money oriented and very low patient care quality. Not recommended at all.

I saw Dr Reza a couple of time because I couldn't make it to my regular GP and unfortunately have to say that he was really condescending and turned out being wrong about three separate things I brought up with him

No longer bulk-bill and gave no notice that they were charging now. Very disappointing! Obviously, started bulk-billing to gain clients. Well I will be moving to a new clinic now!

Made an appointment at this surgery as my scripts were expiring and my regular gp was booked out. Found reception friendly and efficient, didn't have to wait and Dr Rezza was very thorough. Made sure what I asked for was correct. Pity they've stopped bulk billing but 'that's life'

There was zero wait time for my Covid Vac appointment and the doctor was informative and delightful to deal with. A rare medical experience

I've seen Dr Ali, Dr Reza and Dr Paul, all of whom are fantastic. Reception and support staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

I got my first covid vaccine today. The process was so easy. The staff were really friendly and well informed. I was able to book my 12 week follow up appointment on the spot. It was convenient and quick.

Yeh. Don't think the service matches the fact that they now charge out of pocket expenses for appointments outside of WORK hours. Plus, they are always "booked out" during work hours.
Will probably be finding another clinic.

I was booked in for my first ever flu vaccination on my lunch break at work, my appointment time was met, no waiting around. Dr Paul Van Buynder was amazing, I didn't even feel the jab! Receptionist was friendly and prompt. I will definitely go back. Thanks Dr Paul!

I wanted to book an appointment with my gp who works at the doncaster branch of the medical centre. When i called the northcote vic doctors they advised they had a 3.20pm appointment but since i'm a new patient they forced me to take up a 5.50pm which had an additional fee of $40. Just find it absolutely ridiculous when there is an appointment available and I am able to make it perhaps its time to look for a place that has better scheduling options.

Our COVID vaccination experience was extremely positive. The appointments were running on time, the receptionist very friendly and helpful and both the Doctor and the Nurse were informative, relaxed and obviously very competent, which allayed any fears of receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine.

I am more than happy to have met Dr Ali. He is polite, has such a good manner and is very thorough. I will from here on regard him as my GP!

Took my baby in for his 4months vaccination with Dr Paul. Clinic is spotless the front desk was just so lovely and friendly. Dr Paul is such an amazing doctor, greeted my son with such a warm welcome, made my son smile so much, had lots of tricks to grab my little ones' attention stopping him from crying before, during and after needles. It was the best doctor experience ever! Highly recommended clinic to visit! Thank you Dr Paul!

Dr Doria is friendly, knowledgeable and on time. The place is convenient (smack in the middle of Northcote Plaza) and they bulk bill! What's not to love?

I went to Vic medical doctors a few times the clinic is lovely clean staff are very helpful & friendly.last time I took my baby there seen a different doctor (Dr Paul) however he was fantastic, I wouldn’t be going anywhere else but to this amazing place. Especially after experiencing a great treatment in a lovely clean, friendly staff & great doctors

The way the medical practice should operate. Very professional staff and doctors. Dr Paul is extremely knowledgeable professional and we are so lucky to have found him. The type of doctor that speaks from his experience, and not googling symptoms like most of the doctors these days.

Vic Medicals Doctors Northcote are all a wonderful five star team.
The Doctors are most professional and the Receptionists are very accomodating and helpful.

Went here on a whim about a year ago for a med cert and haven’t looked back. Dr Ali is a fantastic GP. Very open minded and gentle with my partner and I around being non-binary and trans. Always asks how either of us are if the other has an appoint and has been so helpful getting to the bottom of my chronic health issues.
