VIC Medical Doctors Doncaster

I recently visited this clinic and saw DR ALI because my doctor was fully booked and I had left it late to make an appointment to get my regular script for my back pain.
Anyway I took my Xray results so he could see that I had genuine injury (after I was hit by a moped 6mths ago in Vietnam) that required me to have a pain management plan and that I had already tried everything I could to fix the problem.
Not only did he tell me that from the xray results he did not warrant the situation severe enough to require any medication but HE LIED to my face and said that it would be ILLEGAL for him to write me a script for any pain medication (including the one I was already on)!
He must of thought that I just got off the stupid boat! I felt I had been labeled as one of "those" people who had a problem (addiction) with pain medication even though I had explained to him that I don't drink nor smoke and was very healthy. He then requested that I had to sign a form to get ALL my medical information sent to him!
I felt truly offended and very UPSET that he didnt listen, understand and refuse to help me at all! I cried myself to sleep that night due to the pain. He not only lied to me but he just DIDN"T seem to CARE at all. I will NEVER GO THERE again or refer any of my friends/clients to that clinic, I own a business in Doncaster and speak to a lot of people, just saying.

We always had many issues in visiting various medical clinics with our Medibank card. This centre served us with not only elegant and exceptional health services, but also it has addressed all our concerns with private health insurance cards. Highly recommended to experince there.

Dr Ali Nejat is a great doctor and does wonders with acupuncture he is very polite and understanding. Kirsty the receptionist has always been professional and the nurse is lovely and it is bulk billing!

This practice is one of the best, as soon as you walk in, you feel that you are in good hands. The whole practice has been professionally set up and equipped. Dr Ali and his staff are really helpful and supportive.

This is one of the best GP's clinic, good location, nice environment with friendly staffs. What makes it the best is the doctors and the care they provide special Dr Afshar and Dr Nikrou. My personal favourite and best doctors don’t n't only care for their patients as a doctor but also as a keen of yours who understands your pain. I believe, they provide the best treatment along with confidence to overcome your illness. They understand their patients well and never fails to give happiness to their patients even if that means sacrificing their own happiness and family time i.e. By working longer and extra hours. They worry for their patients like they are their own family. They are the best doctors.
