Dr Ali is very unprofessional Dr, and not honest at all as I’ve got a letter in regards to being overcharged the amount that needs to be paid off by the due date otherwise, he’s not accepting to see me in the clinic again.
He only miss called 2 times and that was all.
So disappointed and shocked of this.

I struggled to find a Pharmacy in the local area to book in a flu shot for my husband. I walked in on the off chance they could see him in the next couple of days to book in a flu shot. To my delight there was availability on the spot within 5 minutes all done. Very courteous and friendly. Thank you for your efficiency.

I went to the doctor for a few issues, she was quite rude and lacking in knowledge, kept asking the same questions and forgot two things I asked her for. After telling her at the appointment, she only did one of them and said that's it and went back to staring at her monitor so I just left and won't be back.

Wonderful experience with Dr Ali at Vic Medical Doctors in Westfield Doncaster shopping center for the first time. All the staff are professional, informative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Very offensive attitude! It was really disappointing! They litterally kicked us out because of flu-like symptoms my daughter had!

Made an appointment for my baby, was told the appointment was a phone consult and if deemed necessary the dr would see us. Spoke over the phone to the dr about mild concerns over baby, but assured the dr that our baby was alert and happy despite the symptoms. Dr advised to go to ER without even assessing baby in person, I went on her advice anyway but I feel this was unnecessary trip to the ER in the middle of a pandemic. Baby was assessed to be fine. I think she could have at least made the effort to see our baby in person before sending us away to the crowded ER where people go when they have Covid symptoms. Why she didn't ask us to come in for an assessment I don't know.left me feeling like she couldn't be bothered seeing us as it was after 5pm and perhaps easier to send us away.

This is the second time I took my family during weekend to visit this clinic. Same doctor attended them. Same answer we got from him. “This sickness has been going on. Take a lot of water and observe a few days and if no good come back again. No prescription was given to help patient to relief the pain”
We have to go back to our family the next day. Disappointed and will never go back again

Doctor Ail is a fantastic GP, the best I have come across in Melbourne. He always makes my family feel very well looked after! I would highly recommend him!

Dr Ali is by far the best doctor I have ever visited. He is very caring and a calming influence, really listens. Thank you also to the receptionists who have been really helpful when I call for an appointment.

Terrible experience!
I saw Dr Nejat with documented evidence that a have a severe issue, not only did he display no empathy at all but to my shock he didnt believe I had a problem! He also lied to me about getting access too and providing me with the requested script and refused to offer anything else.
I felt so judged, perhaps racist towards middle aged Australian women? When I walked away I felt so depressed.

Walked in yesterday to book a flu shot appointment for today. Showed up for my appointment and the clinic was CLOSED. Nil notifications. I needed that flu shot today for work purposes and I’ve wasted so much time trying to look for other places that has an appointment today (unfortunately still haven’t found one). Very disappointed.

Guys don't miss on this great medical clinic. Great doctors (specially doctor Ali Nejat that we all reckon he is one of the best & one of the most caring doctors that we've ever gone to) great atmosphere, fantastic location, very neat, amazing reception team, and the list goes on & on. It's bulk billing and doing baby's vaccination & also flu jab. Love it! Thanks vic medical doctors doncaster great team.:)

The booking through phone was so unprofessional. Booked in for my children s flu shot on Easter Sunday 9.20am. I confirmed twice on the phone, is the clinic opened on Sunday? Yes was her answer. Arrived only found out the clinic openes on 10am. Waited until its opened filled up the form, then told children s flu please come back on Wednesday. As nurse only work on Wednesday. So unacceptable and ridiculous, what a waste time! Doctors might be good but might shy away because of the unprofessional staff.

Dr Ali is without a doubt the best GP my husband and I have ever seen. We came to him when we just found out about our first pregnancy. As a young couple in the middle of my migration to Australia, we felt a bit lost but wanted the absolute best care for our baby. Dr Ali has gone above and beyond the call of duty for us again and again. He has led us through this pregnancy and given us confidence and his empathy in the best ways possible. He is exactly the type of doctor you would hope for, kind, knowledgeable and patient to listen to all your needs.
