Please avoid this place, unprofessional and rude. You could do a better job repairing phone yourself following instructions on youtube.
Had my s7 edge screen replaced here a while ago. They had no idea how to do it properly, the back glass is not even glued in properly, and they refused to do anything to fix this. Complete rip off, please avoid.

I honestly recommend this store for any one has an issue with the phone. My phone was fixed in 10 minutes and it was good as new. Wish i can give more than 5 stars.

Fixed a broken phone screen of a phone with a case that had taken countless drops before. Immediately after getting my phone back I noticed horizontal lines in the new screen. They weren’t indicating damage but the screen stood out at not normal and poor quality as my screen before didn’t have any of these lines. Now, a week later, I dropped my phone on floorboards and there is a little crack and a huge black patch at the bottom right of my screen with coloured lines running through it and all the way to the top of the screen. There are also lines running horizontally across the screen, blocking everything so right now I am writing purely a off memory of where each letter is on the keyboard. Incredibly dodgy service and they’ve basically just gone ahead and taken money off me because my phone in that cracked state was more usable than it is now. Unbelievable.

and they will lie to you for somthing they stuffed up, and tell you it was supposed to be like that.i have repair my phone many times, it was happened to be here, so i thought i will get my phone fixed while i am shopping.came back after 1 hour, to pick up my iphone x, was getting screen fixed.but my face id stopped working, and they said it was problem of my phone.but it was working perfectly before i gave it to you.they just keep arguring about it, and lies after lies.

Fast, efficient and good quality work. So relieved to find a company that knows how to fixed water damaged phone. They are doing for such a great price as well. I have no hesitate in recommending Vg Phone.

Don't get your iPhone screen fixed here! I had an iPhone XS screen replaced and straight away I knew something was wrong. Firstly they couldn't get the screen back in correctly and in the process they tried so hard that it's not threaded and can't be taken out. The screen was dull and had ripples through the edges but they said they wouldn't replace it because it was correct. I took it to Apple and they can't get the screw out and said the screen they put on was the wrong one and should never have been put in. They also said that they didn't install a wire grate for the ear speaker. Basically they said they'd never seen something as bad as that ever before. I couldn't fix the phone so I had to pay $700 to upgrade my phone. I asked VG Phones to at least try and help get the screw out and help with a new screen but they said it was 4 months since they did it and they only help within 3 months. Absolute shockers! AVOID AVOID AVOID

This seems only place can repair weter damaged phones in Richmond is Vg phone. I had been in 2 mobile phone repair shop, they kept my phone for more than 2 weeks just said unable to make the phone work again to retirved my data. So happy as i made right decision when i deceiced try one more time and Vg Phone is the destination.

Could barely understand what i wanted. Didn't have any s10 phone covers. Be wary of all the 5 star reviews. Theyre all written by accounts with only one review and written in the broken english the staff speak

Took my phone there after the screen broke, when I went to pick it up several days later they took the factory screen protector off in front of me so I had to buy a new one, the worst thing was they didn't use genuine parts which became apparent about 2 weeks later when the home button fell out after I pushed it

Please don't waste your time going there.
I took in my iPhone 7 because the microphone wasn't working. Before I came, my screen protector was on and there were no cracks at all. When I came to pick it up, the screen was cracked. I asked them what happened and they said that it was already there and that I just didn't notice it before through my screen protector. Also, here's the thing, the microphone wasn't fixed. I asked them to fix the screen and they kept saying 'we didn't do it'.

Reasonable price and good service. Also knowledgeable staffs. Can pretty much answer anything i ask about my issue phone. Can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to deal with the staffs there. They know their business. Thanks for the service.

They replaced the screen and the screen is much bigger, the phone is slower and the camera quality has changed it looks like that of an old nokia. Dodgy and cheap

This place is professional and considerate. Friendly and best customer services ever. I got my screen fixed under 30 minutes, also got the temper glass put on top and it still looks amazing until now, (it has been over 2 months already). Absolutely best mobilephone repair place!
