I have been to several phone repair shops, but VG Phones Repair Shop is by far the best. Their customer service is top-notch and their repair work is efficient and effective.

I had an issue with my Huawei phone's software, which was fixed by VG Phones Repair Shop. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to resolve the issue.

I had a shattered screen on my iPhone and took it in to get repaired at VG Phones Repair Shop. The staff was very professional and replaced my screen quickly and efficiently. My phone looks brand new again!

I recently dropped my Samsung galaxy S21 phone in water and it wouldn't turn on. I took it to VG Phones and they were able to fix it within a few days! I am so grateful for their expertise and quick service.

They were very friendly and professional throughout the process of repairing my iPad and even showed me how to properly care for my iPad to avoid future issues. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and they even offered a warranty.

I recently took my iPad to VG Phones for repair and I couldn't be happier with the results. My iPad had a problem with the charging port and I was worried about losing all my important data. But the technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly and replaced the charging port in no time.

I recently had the pleasure of having my mobile phone repaired at a local shop inside Vic Gardens shopping centre. I have had occasion to.atrend for minor questions. They are extremely helpful. I could not insert my simcsrd correctly and the woman there helped me insert the card correctly. A couple of other issues they helped me with.

I came in asking for an expensive repair and instead the man fixed my issue with a service and a new charger, saving me heaps of money.

Had my broken iphone screen replaced nicely in 10 minutes.
The staff also shows me some tips to keep the battery last longer.

Don't go there. Rip off shop. Selling cheap products but expensive. Bought a case with a stand as a birthday gift for my boy. After one use it fell off. Went back the next day and the gentleman was rude in his tone by telling me that is my fault and I need proof. $35 case after one day. What a shame! Don't go there! They only steal your money

I was looking for a PSP repair shop within Melbourne and saw their PSP page copied off directly from Beetronix with poor HTML formatting. That is already dodgy to me. Avoiding.

A few weeks ago, I took my very cracked phone screen to this store to get repaired. $260 later plus $20 for screen protector, when I got home I realised that the colours were wrong. As in green as yellow, red as orange etc.

I took it back and had to pay $120 for a ‘better quality screen’ and another new screen protector.

2 weeks later my phone stops working altogether. The screen just goes black, it rings etc but you can’t see a thing.take it back to phone store and ask if this could be due to the repairs, also because I’d been assured of a warranty.

When I returned to pick it up, the phone repairer (same guy for all 3 visits) has fixed my phone but tells me the reason it stopped working is due to a crack in the screen. There was 100% no crack when I dropped it into be fixed. After 2 phone screens and 2 protectors in 3 weeks I’n certain I would have noticed.
He told me that due to the fact the phone had
physical damage, it was no longer under warranty.

The guy even told me I’d probably dropped my phone but just didn’t remember. It’s now his word against mine

I’m now back to square one, with an unreliable phone, cracked screen and $400 out of pocket

TERRIBLE SERVICE - I went back after my phone case started to break after only using it for a month. Went back to inform them and the service rep GAS LIGHTED me saying no you didn’t buy that here. I offered to show my bank statement to prove I had bought it there but he had zero interest.

Also my partner got a phone repair there, it was a dodgy as repair he had to go back to Apple ended up paying $400 more to fix it.

I only trust VG phones with all my iPhone and iPad fixes. Look after their customers and do good job too. Also saved all my kids photos that were on my broken iPhone 5. No one else could save them but VG phone did.
