Good service as always even under a lot of pressure today. Always a pleasure to go and be pampered by friendly Michael and his professional nail technicians.

They are always in a rush as they always have too many customers to handle therefore they never do a good job. They get nail polish on your skin and never clean it and still have the nail showing and when you tell them they moan and start talking to their colleague in their language which is quite uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved my experience here. They are professional, well priced and amazing quality. I love my nails and will absolutely be back! My new favourite nail salon.

I have never been so poorly treated by a manicurist before. She was in a purple t-shirt and a fake Chanel necklace. She was so incredibly rough, and cut me on 3 separate occasions which led to my skin being ripped out using the edge of a metal drill, a huge dent in my natural nail which she tried to brush off as nothing, and filing my natural nail until rubbed away at the skin attaching the nail to my finger.

I told her it was hurting me but she smiled manically and said that it was nothing. Hello? I'm telling you to be gentle and you have the audacity to brush me off?

I finally could not take the pain anymore, and I POLITELY asked to change manicurists. She THREW her arms up in the air, and stormed off, not a single apology in sight.

The other lady was lovely and finished the job as expected.

This is super disappointing, as I have been here before as I am a local, and thought that I had found my nail place.

This experience has completely uprooted any hope I had in this salon. To the owner: you should really consider who you are hiring, in the best interest of the success in your business. She does not care about your clients and is a literal psychopath.

The whole ordeal cost me $50 and the manager (a man?) did not seem to even notice what had been going on. I don't think I've ever left a salon so upset and disrespected.

Please go elsewhere guys! This business has gone downhill.

Always a fast service which I love, really well priced also. The staff are lovely and always up for a chat, little water bottles provided complimentary. I don't have a bad thing to say about vantastic, it's been 3 years now. Awesome work

It's a shame because I really love the work of the artists.
My nails always come out stunning, however last time I went they quoted me a price before starting my nails and said it was the FULL price. Then I go up and pay and its $15 more. I told the manager and he told me its always been that price, and the girl working admitted to him it was her mistake and she quoted me incorrectly. However he refused to let me pay the QUOTED price. Was really disappointed as if you quote a full price and then don't stick to it, it is very unfair. I only went for the other design as I thought it was actually in my budget, however it was not when I went to pay. My friend was with me and tried to say that they did hear her quote that price too but the manager didnt care.

On another occasion I got a christmas voucher and due to covid stores closed up. The manager clearly did not want to extend my voucher and I had to beg for my voucher to be extended so that I could actually use it.

Also, when they had opening discounts last year.they would round it to the nearest price. And it wasnt the full discount. It'd only be like $2 more, but thats still unfair.

Once again, the artistry & cleanliness is great. Love the nails, however very disappointed as I have been messed around money wise.

Usually I don't complain about services but this was bad enough to complain about. My friend went there previously and I asked her for the store. I booked a time at 11am to get my nails done. I waited just under an hour to get started. I told my friend this and she said she had to wait an hour and a half for her booking as well. Once started I was seating within a metre from another customer who didn't have the protective screen so they we're letting too many people in during Covid and they wouldn't clean at all between customers. The first lady started my manicure then another lady came and started on my nails not finishing my manicure.she was so rushed so my nails look terrible and she filed my skin on one of my nails so it bled.she noticed it started to rub the blood away and didn't say anything to me. Within an hour after getting them done the shellac peeled off my nails! They shouldn't let so many people in, especially putting people who haven't booked before others and then force the 3 staff for every 10 customers rush. Soooo disappointed.

Just visited this salon. Called up and made an appointment. Once arriving on time waited over an hour and still wernt being served. Finally my mother had her sns removed and the man used a scraping tool to scrape the nail off roughling removing her real nail and skin in the process. We politely asked him to correctly remove it and referred to the SNS WEBSITE INSTRUCTIONS on how to remove the product safely. He told us no and told us not to tell him what to do. No customer service or regard to customers wellbeing and health. Will be contacting Local health and safety To review this business. Was extremely unsanitary inside compared to other local businesses like soho nails in oakleigh and moonlight nails in bentleigh. A business that cares about their customers wouldnt want client leaving unsatisfied and in pain, rather than arguing admit your mistakes and work on customer satisfaction. A beautiful selection of colours and designs but lacking in all other aspects.
