I had a very good experience today at Fantastic Nails Bentleigh East. I would like to thank the lovely young lady who did a beautiful job with my nails. I recommend highly:)

Good service but I asked for sns and I think I got gel or shellac instead. No dipping happened. I'll see how long it lasts.

Love getting my nails done at Vantastic Nails! The owner and staff are all so lovely and accomodating! Won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend

I will never go anywhere else. I love every nail design I've had done here. The staff and owner are so lovely, I always feel so welcome. Highly recommend.

They did a good job on my hands and feet but I don’t exactly know about how they clean the tools so can’t give 5 stars. I don’t think you can disinfect pumice stones. I am sure people wouldn’t mind paying a bit extra for some new tools that you can reuse if you come again.

Admittedly I've tried a few other places recently, but Vantastic beats the locals on quality. Service is friendly and pretty efficient.

Butchered. Everything was rushed and rough - no care taken. Fingers bleed and they blamed me for moving too much (I didn't).

I read the good reviews and this place did not disappoint! Great customer service, clean and neat place, didn't take too long but were also focussed on perfecting the job. They were careful not to irritate the ecezema on my fingers too and the cost was super affordable! Will definitely be coming back

This is the second time I’ve been to Vantastic. The staff are really talented at nails and very attentive, warm and welcoming. Great lower leg massage too!

I have been coming to Vantastic for a couple of years now and I never leave disappointed. They are welcoming & take the time to make sure your nails are perfect. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I called up to ask if they had space for my mum to get a pedicure and SNS nails for myself. The man told us to come but when we did not only was it supper busy and no space but I ended up waiting for 45 minutes and by that time my mum was nearly done with her pedicure so I decided to leave and not get my nails done. They were also accepted customers to come and starting on their nails before mine. Also my mums pedicure was incredibly uneven and had to fix it herself.
Don’t recommend this place and you can find better service elsewhere!

All staff were kind and friendly. They completed my nails with care and I am very pleased with the results!

The pedicure at this place was average like the 3 stars suggest. Their attention to detail was poor and I find this can be the case with pedicures. Just because it’s the feet they don’t worry about detail as much as manicures.
The colour turned out pinker than the sample as I was expecting nude. This indicates their samples are old and have perhaps faded.
I wasn’t asked about which shape I want either and goes what, fixed it myself when I got home.
Not going back for a 3 star $40 pedicure.

I usually love this place and have been getting my nails done here for a long time but recently my nails have been falling off the next day and they haven’t been how I have wanted them. I’m not sure what has happened but they haven’t been doing as good of a job anymore.

I have been a customer of this shop for a while but my recent experience was terrible. The lady who did my nails did not even clean my finger from the red color and when i asked for it to be cleaned, they advised me that if i take a shower, the hot water will remove it! Imagine! Terrible terrible service.

Waited over an hour with walk ins being seen before me with an appointment. When I complained I was given an SNS manicure that was completed in under 15 minutes and had multiple blemishes. Still charged full price. I will not return.

Asked for a "pedicure", got bleeding cuticles instead. Didn't even remove the shellac properly. Not great.

I am extremely disappointed with their service. First one I had was disappointing. I knew it that I should've not came back. But I gave it try again and again because I live in the area and this place was the closest. Seriously, this place is overbooked with minimum staff. Very understaff.
One time I had to wait for 1.5 hours and ended up with over 2 hours overall because there were 2 staff doing nails and 1 staff doing all-rounder with more than 10 people waiting! I was so upset and you know what, I was thinking, "Oh poor thing of them. Very busy but not many staff. I guess it's a peak season". HAHA nope! They are understaff in anytime! I gave a try for the last time by calling them earlier and really making sure that I won't wait for more than an hour like last time. During conversation the girl said, "Oh no, you won't wait that long. No, we are not busy. You can come in". Guess what? I trusted them and ended up waiting for over an hour and the worst part is that they serve other people first even if you make appointment or even come in earlier. So what's the point? I mean if you really can't make it in time, don't give people promises and just shoved them in all. I get it if it's all about business blah blah blah. But poor service can resulting a none returning customer.

I've had enough with this. I needed to go shopping for Christmas and they're all close because I was sitting there watching other people who are raising their voices (because they've had enough, of course) to be served. I learned from others that if you say, "I need to go. I can't do this any longer. I've been waiting here for hours". Then they will do something about it. Oh gosh. Very angry. I ended up paying $10 for just doing my nails to be cleaned. That's all I did. Can't wait any longer.and look at my nails and my hand. I was left with Acetone for a very long time resulting a very dry skin. Even with the lotion it did nothing.

I always receive the best service and most gorgeous nails every time I come! Michael and the girls never disappoint!

They were very busy, over booked and i waited over an hour. This is partly why i gave the poor rating. They were due to close by the time she stared my pedicure and rushed hardly paying any attention to my cuticles and had polish on before i could say anything and was done in 10 minutes. Paid $10 more than my usual place which wouldn’t have bothered me if she did it properly.
