Really good for kids, anyone over the age of 2 can have a go. There are lots of different climbs, ranging from the quite easy to hard. The climbs have stickers next to them indicating the degree of complexity (it would have been helpful to have known this before we started). Climbers are supported by ropes under tension, so you can jump off the climb whenever you like and will be lowered gently to the floor. Climbers clip themselves in, this is hard for smaller children to do (there need to be more people available to help with this when hosting parties). Lots of parking, cafe with food. Will definitely go again.

We have been to Up Unlimited twice over the weekend, my husband and I took part today. A fantastic family activity and the all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Clearly all experienced and able to offer suggestions on how to climb more efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Way too many people for little amount of climbs. Have a cap of about 20 people so people can have a worthwhile time. Disappointed that I'll have to come back at a later time especially on my birthday

Good for children but the climbs here are not suitable for experienced climbers looking for a challenge or even just some easy climbs, would recommend adding just a few harder climbs. Otherwise great staff and great facilities. 4/5 stars!

It was an amazing experience. The staff is very helpful and makes everything really easy. We paid in fulk and had one kid not turn up, they gave us extra rides for the cost paid.

Would have rated higher but it was school holidays and absolute chaos. Children went into the cave without permission - or helmets - on more than one occasion. A child proof or locked gate at the door of the cave (or full time supervision at the entrance) is required. Other than that, it was great.

Fun and challenging climbing course. Thought it would be easy whilst watching the kids play, but turned out to be much harder, which meant that we (around 30 y.o adults) had a really fun time. Staff are really friendly too. Would definitely come back!

We’ve been here for a few Birthday parties now and they’ve always been good. Recently purchased a scoopon deal to bring the kids here for the school holidays and it was such great value. Took four kids for under $40 and they all loved it. We’ll be back.

I wouldn't recommend this for adults, it was mostly kids and we ended up leaving shortly after seeing the place.

Better choice of music needed

My son had the time of his life at a birthday party at upUnlimited. Definitely going again soon

So much fun for the kids and the big kids. Quite affordable and friendly staff. Great wet weather fun for the little ones!
