What a fun time we had. Myself, my 14,12 and 7yo all had a great time. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is noisy but the music was great.

We had the best experience for our son's birthday party. The staff and venue are amazing, everything was so well organised and made the party a breeze. Kids and parents loved it. Thanks to the entire team!

My kids had a ball! Great safety instructions and lots of helpful staff walking the climbing floor insuring that everyone was safe. Great variety of climbs as well.

Fantastic staff supervising the school holiday program. Little Miss 7 yrs was a little nervous, it being her first time there without us. Krissy the supervisor, gave her a role as a "special helper" which really calmed her down and got her involved. My daughter had the best time. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and care Krissy and Jack! Superstars!

Took my 8 year old grandson here and he loved it. Plenty of options and challenges to last for years! Look forward to coming back.

Great place for kids, my 6 year old daughter was on kids birthday party, loved it and asked to come again and we did it twice in one weekend. And she enjoyed it and had a lot of fun! We went to 4pm sessions on Saturday and Sunday and Sunday 4pm was not as busy. What we liked is the staff there, they were all amazing and guided my daughter through all climbs and made her time even more special. There is a cafe with a few tables and a nice coffee so parents can have some nice time as well. I think 1 hour price is very reasonable considering how much fun my daughter had and seeing amazing effort from the staff.

Safety briefing at the start was comprehensive and equipment was in mint condition although one of the climbs was not usable. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. SHDOP was well structured and coaches gave excellent feedback and challenges.

We absolutley loved our first visit here today - really friendly team, awesome facilities. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing place for climbing enthusiasts with so many different levels of climbing difficulties.attended a 2-hour kids bday and they all loved it as it was quite challenging.party room was upstairs with a view of the venue.

Super fun place for kids. Friendly staff and focus on safety is evident. Should be great for birthday party too.

Cave system is best for a very confident 6yr old to maybe a 12yr old thats not to tall. My tall 10yr old enjoyed it. As an adult over 170cm tall, I do NOT recommend following your child through the cave system unless you plan on getting stuck or a quite flexible. Also it hurts your knees as is like crawling on a hard bumpy surface so definitely wear long pants.

The after school programs are perfect for all school ages! Session sizes are spot on so no child misses out.
Every staff member is fun and upbeat and they all engage socially with the children. You can tell they love their job. 10/10 for this program!

My kids loved it here. Did some assisted cave exploring and climbing. So many varieties to cl8mb on. I also witnessed the after school program in session. The kids were given snacks like fruits, pizza. Played and were engaged in activities by the girls in there. Will definitely go there again. They have holiday packages as well.

I highly recommend Activate for a birthday venue! Staff are friendly and helpful, equipment is clean and well maintained and party was well organised and everyone had an awesome time climbing & caving! Thank you

We arrived in the morning at 10am and had the place to ourselves. My daughter had one of the staff, Mia help her the whole time, who was amazing. It's such a great activity for kids to do, would highly recommend this place to anyone. My daughter can't wait to go back there, for her birthday with all of her friends.
