I just can't say enough to express my delight with my new UpDownDesk and the whole experience of buying and installing it. I got the recycled messmate. It looks and feels just wonderful. The whole mechanism is very solid which I need as I have a camera attached to desk for Zooming: no wobbling! I had an issue with part of the setup and the UpDownDesk team was great to deal with, giving my prompt and effective help. I got a range of accessories: the anti-fatigue standing mat, the metal drawer, the cable management set, the cable tray, and a monitor mount. Everything works perfectly, and I wouldn't change a thing.

It's a really solid desk and feels worth every cent. Can't vouch for the reliability yet as I've only just constructed it, but given it has a 7 year warranty I'd expect reliability to be good as well. There's lots of standing desk people out there, I went with these guys as they were rated the best of the bunch, no regrets.

Love love love my new recycled messmate uptown desk! Thanks to the support form Makayla I got an epic deal with the Black Friday specials, I didn't realise I needed the extras until I had them. I also purchased the dual monitor arms which give me more space and look super smooth. I put the desk together myself with little trouble, predrilled holes however will be welcomed in the coming year. The standing mat is essential and I also love the draw.the timber itself is dramatic and has a beautiful spectrum of colour. Yet to attach cable management bar.hence the dangling power cords.

Love my desk. It's really sturdy, fits my nook really well and is a high quality. For me, I like that I have to drill and place everything myself. It takes a little bit of time to align but lets you decide how much room you need either side of the legs, think about where you want the control box & cable management to be.

It doesn't go wonky at close to max height like other standing desks I've used. A real 'buy once and forget needing to do it again' kind of purchase so far.

Love my updown desk. The recycled messmate top looks terrific and the manual winder works a treat. Love the easy flexibility of having it either up or down, it moves so easily.

Fantastic standing desk and superb customer service!

Purchased a Pro Series Manual Standing Desk. Desk frame is very sturdy (and heavy, best to install with somebody else present to assist). No noticeable wobble when using the desk raised (I have a 32" monitor mounted on a desk clamp).

Makayla was very helpful, responded promptly to any questions I had.

I've had my desk for around 6 months. A few weeks ago, I encountered an error which meant I couldn't lower the desk. I reached out to the team at UpDown Desks and they responded immediately to help resolve problem. They sent out necessary parts to help resolve the situation, which I was able to do. The desk is back working and I'm confident that if any issue arises, the team at UpDown Desks will be able to provide the necessary support.

Fantastic product and unparalleled customer service. The cable tray and drawer are very high quality and the desk is beautiful and super sturdy. The electronics work very well too. Great desk and excellent customer service. The desk is relatively easy to assemble and the desk fits well with me. When UpDown desk checked up on how I was finding my desk I told them I ordered extra parts and was missing a few screws and a key for my drawer, they then immediately express posted me the missing parts. Would highly recommend.

So bought the electric frame and put a really beautiful timber top on it that was originally a dining table. It's big and heavy, plus i have 2 big monitors, computer, NAS and other stuff on the desk. It's handles it all easily. Got to say also the instructional videos to put the frame and desk together were very clear and helpful. I'm only a few days in but already loving the ability to sit or stand whenever I feel like it, at the press of a button. UpDown desk were very helpful on the phone too, so all up I'm very happy with my purchase.

I’m very impressed with my desk and this company. I ordered a recycled messmate (eucalyptus hardwood) which is very solid and premium build- much better than the particle boards I’m used to. Those who have seen it are very impressed!
Service and delivery were also excellent. When I saw a new deal that was offered on this just after I bought it, the company kindly offered me a better deal- this was much appreciated. Makayla was wonderful to deal with throughout the process.
I recommend this company to anyone in the market for a top quality desk that won’t need replacing anytime soon. I like forward to using the desk for a long time to come!

I bought my original UpDown Desk about 4 years ago. After 3 years, the control module failed. The service was next level and I was shipped a brand new model straight away. 10/10 for warranty and support as these things can happen.

I just bought my second UpDown Desk for me to share with the kids in the living room. Communication was excellent and shipping was fast. Very happy and highly recommend these guys.
