Cringe culture vulture store, staff awareness levels were that of nang-heads with modelling careers.

Best range of clothing and shoes in melb.however the staff come off as very rude and pretentious.treat all customers equally!

Came to the store on the 5th of October to just look around, I was about to buy a shoe but the staff there are miserable, seriously, I never thought I'd be not buying shoes I wanted just because of the staff, I felt like I didn't belong there.

I have been purchasing sneakers and apparel online at Up There store for some time now; a couple of years at least. Every time I have made a purchase the transaction has been smooth, and at times the purchases come with a note thanking me for the purchase; it is a nice touch which makes me feel a part of their community.
I have also interacted with their staff sparingly through social media for random questions, and I feel honoured that they responded casually, as if they are holding a conversation with me, which immerses me in their ethos of providing a welcoming environment in the menswear world.
Up There Store as an establishment is worth supporting, as they provide Melbourne with quality garments, and exposure to sought-after sneaker silhouettes, topped off by outstanding customer service.

I usually feel quite out of place in streetwear and sneaker stores, but every time I’ve ventured into the Up There Store I’ve found their customer service to be exceptionally attentive, unintrusive and unpretentious.
Unfortunately the quality of their clothing is so good I don’t have occasion to get in there more often because it lasts so well! Thanks again team.

Have known about Up There for quite a while, but have only ordered online. Finally had the chance to go in store today, and it was amazing! Super chill vibes, easy and informative information from staff, and a really good time overall:) definitely coming back for more in the future!

Had an issue regarding a credit card, didn't think it was resolvable but after speaking to their customer services they were able to cater sufficently and provide great support. Will definatly shop here in the future.

Has some of the best sales during Boxing Day and one of the top of my list during sales season. You can find good quality, exclusive sneakers or threads at 50% or more off. I found a pair of sneakers on their online store but I didn’t want to pay for shipping, so I called up and asked if it was in store and to my luck it was. Helpful friendly staff, love the setup of the store and glad they have good COVID-19 setup in place.
