Great shoes and clothes but staff attitudes not good and 1 in particular was quite rude. Felt like I was an inconvenience asking for some assistance. Ultimately decided against making a purchase solely because of customer service I received

UpThere has been my go to spot for sneakers and menswear for a good few years now. The staff are always super helpful and are very knowledgeable about the brands being stocked. Exceptional product I’d never seen before, exceptional customer service, and truly exceptional delivery with Express Post which actually arrived a day earlier than scheduled!
Ordinarily, it will take AusPost longer to deliver an item from Perth to Mandurah, than it takes from anywhere in the world to Perth!

The store layout is nice and the selection is great.

The only issue I have is that I called to put a shoe on hold, and the sales assistant put me the call on hold to check it was available and then came back to confirm he had put the shoe on hold. However when I arrived, they told me they didn’t put it on hold because it was out of stock. Not sure how they operate but generally you would physically see and hold the item before confirming to a customer that an item is available and on hold for them. And if you figure out that it’s not available, a courtesy call would be nice to prevent wasting time travelling specifically to pick up the item.

The best looking store in the country & one of the most interesting brand line-ups to match. Always a pleasure to pop-in to chat with the knowledgable and friendly staff.

After patiently anticipating their release on Saturday, July 1st at 1am, I was considering buying the Shox TL but was confused to see that all supply had already been sold. I really wanted updates like regular resellers, but obviously there weren’t. I initially believed that finding you guys was the best thing ever, but apparently not.

Small façade that can be easy to miss, Up There is a must visit for every workwear/gorpcore/denimhead enthusiast. Varied selection of sneakers including Salomon, Nike and new balance.

I found all my favourite brands including Norse projects, engineered garments and kapital. Good selection of popular kapital products; Boro ugly sweater, sashiko denim pants. You will find also find their in house brand which sports some comfortable tees.

Surprising variety of stock online. Some really stylish/eclectic selections as well. Went into the store and tried-on/bought a pair of classy New Balance shoes on sale. Note: there's much more available online than displayed on their store shelves. Will definitely revisit. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with a pair of 2002r but the manager was very understanding and helped resolve the situation quickly. I walked away very happy with my purchase and experience. I will definitely go back to Up There store for my next sneaker purchase given the excellent customer care provided. Much appreciated!

They have a wide selection and excellent customer service.
Item arrived promptly and double boxed.

I haven’t been noticed ‘No returns or exchanges are permitted on sale items under any circumstances' at all when I bought items, and now they said it is on the terms and conditions. I just wanted to exchange some of my orders, not getting refunded… disappointed.
