Worest experience. Booked a movie ticket and came first day and they said it’s not working. And came another day and it was in other language and when we came and asked they were like we have only this language. Never come here again and the seats were stinky. Smells so bad came out after 10 mins

Booked a movie for 6: 50 on Friday 20 October and when I entered the cinema it was completely empty and the movie didn’t even start we were waiting for 30
Minutes, when we went to go ask they said they can’t give refund and to contact our team for the issue of refund, we got no email and weren’t informed at all in advance. They waste our time. It happened it past as well. I suggest everyone not to book this cinema at all. Go somewhere else

My visit to United Cinema Craigieburn on Saturday, October 14th, for the Paw Patrol showing at 2: 45 pm was quite disappointing. During the previews, there were some inappropriate scenes with graphic content and foul language, which was completely unexpected for a family-oriented movie. This was not suitable for a children's movie screening, and it left a negative impression on our overall experience. It's important for the cinema to ensure that the content shown before family films is age-appropriate to create a more enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.supervisor on duty did not accept any responsibility or offer any compensation on a scaring experience for the children involved.

First impressions looks grand and nice. Ticket with me membership good, popcorn ok most of the time if busy. The restaurant upstairs dead since it opened. Some kind small bar downstairs left abounded. Chairs are not comfortable can feel the arm rest wood, cup holders are wrong size and too low drop my drink in the dark. Cinema screen n sound not as good as others big cinemas. The rest room are really bad for ages now not being properly fix or solved probably to many vandalism going on. Toilet with no doors just unbelievable, broken utility's constantly.
Recommend go village Cinema cheap and better quality. Also readings in epping.

The screen and sound are good, the problem is the seating and cleanliness. In cinema 2, there were atleast 15 seats that are broken. By broken I don't mean tears, I mean snapped in half. The remaining seats were so dirty that the red material was a grey/black colour. I think this will be the last time I come here until it is fixed.

This place needs a deep clean, seats are filthy and the toilets. Omg! Both male and female toilets are missing cubicle doors and toilet seats? The urinals look like they've never been cleaned!

I've never seen more disgusting toilets in my life. The urinals were overflowing and there was Urine all over the floor with no attempt to clean it up. The entire toilet was covered in it.

And all LED panels are broken. Everything seems run down. What happened? This place used to be amazing.

This cinema needs review the recliners are dirty and a lot dont work after paying extra money for them management please clean the seats and fix the recliners

I used to come here a lot, now I’m afraid to ever return. Lines are now constantly long, even after buying a ticket online, the self service machines don’t work, so you have to line up to get them printed, and after lining up there, you have to line up again for popcorn. What due to COVID you don’t allow self service anymore? Well Hoyts and Village still do it, and I’ve even seen cleaners come to regularly wipe them down.

Most recent visit, I was told the ice cream were sold out, but they refused a refund cause I’ve already pre-purchased it and can only offer other treats. I couldn’t even get to choose what I wanted cause they said the other items were more ‘expensive’ and I have no choice but to get a small pack of skittles which is definitely not equal value.

On top of this, the patrons coming in are very inconsiderate. Talking, getting up and constantly on their phone throughout the movie. I sat next to a family once and the dad had no interest in the movie whatsoever and constantly looking at his phone, even playing videos. It is quite distracting as you’re in a dark room and the phone screen is quite bright, even with brightness low. When telling them to switch it off, they would have a go at you. It’s fine to talk a little during the movie, but there’s people here who just can’t stop.

It’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed a good movie experience coming here.

We had a function in the function rooms here and it was fantastic with great fod and service. I would highly recommend

Very nice and clean cinemas. Staff is super Friendly. Love this place. Definitely a go to place with your family and friends.

We were at the art house function room tonight. The place looked cosy.
The open buffet was great but not extraordinary.

I just searched for the nearest cinema but never went here because it is not the nearest cinema to my home. You should probably be looking at a review from an actual patron.
The ceiling looks pretty.

Finally was able to take kids out after lock down to a movie. The quality of the screen was extremely poor with a green dot throughout the movie. Spoke to management to address the problem and her suggestion was to come back 2 hrs later. She finally agreed to a refund and credit but when I went to retrieve it she had advised staff not to provide it. Disappointed and disgusted.

Dear management what you have posted is a lie, both refund and credit was discussed. Stick to you word and don't make up what was discussed!

Booked tickets online had dinner and then seen the movie under the same roof.
To get the extra stars,
1. Clean toilets frequently
2. A line to collect tickets ordered on line and another to order and tickets.
3. Remove not cooked popcorn from bottom of cooker when it quiet. To many not cooked in a bucket.

I live local and come here quite often. Usually in nearly empty cinemas, which is either good or bad depending on your outlook.
Presentation is a little more upmarket, and as such it's a touch more pricey but that's fine.
But things are always clean, staff polite and have never had a bad experience.
They have some bigger screens on offer as well as an absolutely top notch sound system. Definitely seperates this cinema from the rest, highly underated.
It also has an in-house restaurant which is also great and never has as many customers as it deserves. If you're curious just give it a go.
And to sum up, the best movie going experience I have ever had in my 30+years on this earth was at this cinema.

Perfect cinema, I've never once had any bad experiences and the quality of the screens/projects is incredible. A very worthwhile trip if you have a certain movie you want to watch consider this cinema.

Staff there don’t wear there masks on properly and my cousin and myself were refused to get a movie ticket because we had forgotten our masks. One of the staff literally had it under her chin and as we explained how unfair it was to be refused a movie ticket while they weren’t following the mask rules themselves, she quickly put it on properly as if she had her mask on the whole time. We were already late to the movie session because of the massive line. They didn’t even acknowledge us and let us know beforehand knowing we had been waiting in line for 15 mins. Maybe have masks available for people who have genuinely forgotten to bring one instead of telling us ‘go to big w and buy your mask there’
United staff - wear your masks on properly before refusing us!

View experience quite good, not too costly however technical issues with cinema lighting and website have become more apparent.
A little maintenance required

We bought our tickets to watch Tom and Jerry nothing was on the screen till 17: 45 the movie was meant to start at 17.15 kids got restless and eaten our popcorn and drinks. Because of this we ended up leaving half way through the movie. Haa i called twice they hanged up the phone how rude customer service, and 3rd time they said there fixing it no apologies nor no one came in to say rhis. Bever will i return again waste of money bed customer service
