I have only been there once and I never went back because food was not good. It was not only me, a whole family left the shop that day complaining about food. One of my friends had Uber me a meal from this shop (without my knowledge) which was pad thai and asked to put prawns into it. They had written prawns in the bill as well but there was no prawns at all. I believe those high reviews are all biased. I do not wish to recommend this place to anyone.

What can I say? Delicious, wide range of menu, friendly staffs, and the most important thing is Halal. Love this place.

Note: If you missed your order when using food-delivery apps, ask refund from the app provider. It happened to me when I ordered something from a food delivery app. I ordered 4 menus but the restaurant only got 3, hence I only got 3 packages. Issue a refund for undelivered menu from the app and got the money back instantly.

Only Tom Yum soup taste good, other things we ordered like BBQ chicken smells like raw chicken, noodles taste no good, and other green curry i did not really understand just boiled lamb pieces in the coconut milk.we had to request and collect our own plates and spoon and soup bowls, then 80%food need to takeway for our pats but no assistance just did packing oursellf paying and requesting for containers. Will not return there untill they deal Professionally and betterment in food taste although they are selling Halal.

Delicious Thai food and excellent service. Love that they have plenty of vegan options as well.

We went in for the very first time a few days ago and dinned in. The food was great and The staff made us feel welcomed. We ended up going back in the next day to order again! We will be definitely coming back again:)

I'm a regular customer, ordering from UberEat given the lockdown.
This evening, I received missing items on the order. Then I called, the male receptionist respond was "are you sure? Sorry we never missed anything. "
Not helpful at all.
I was willing to let it go, but your response was so arrogant that you never make any mistakes, therefore implying I could not count 1 to 10.
That said, don't worry, I won't trouble anymore, as I will order from elsewhere.

Ordered through UberEats. Food was good only for the first few times, there is no consistency in the taste, seasoning or ingredients used. It is different every time. Very disappointed in my order today as it was inedibly oily and did not taste good at all. Will not order from here again.

Thier chicken has blood in it.
We normaly go to this place. Today we ordered 7 plates of deep fried chicken wings to have as main. They told us it will take 20 mnt but it arrived in 10 mnt. They cooked them too quickly.
1 or 2 wings had blood in it in each plate
They charged me even though we rejected them and told me they checked
I am sure they have not checked each one. I cuold have made a drama infront of thier customer but instead paid but with the intention of donation to them.may be there are in need!
But will never go there again.

I hope they check before serving blood to customers.
And I hope they find understanding instead of hunger for money

We wasn't happy with the customer service. The lady who took our order missed two items we ordered and then refused to accept and argued with us even we said its okay if she missed it. The food was not up to the mark as well.wasn't a great thai food day.bad luck

Been at Ummah Thai werribee 1000 times but now they’re closed and ummah thai campbellfield is claiming now that they didn’t even knew their same franchise existed in Werribee since 4 years whereas a month ago they said themselves they had 2 branches campbellfield and Werribee. Something isn’t just adding up and seems fishy. Must be careful.

Great place for authentic Malaysian foods. Being close to the Kmart Campbellfield, best place to go after shopping. Sometimes they close early check before you go.

Good food for the Halal choice. Queit an extensive menu. The rendang we ordered was great and the beef bbq was awwesome.

I have been at UMMAH Thai many many times. Each and every time we found this place extremely well mannered. No question about the food, awesome.

But today (Sunday 3: 30pm, 21 March 2021). We found some other lady at the counter. She needs to change her attitude if she wants to keep providing good impression to the customers.

Even if she is one of the owners, she needs to learn how to serve customers in a polite manner.

I gave 2 star because I used to love this place. Otherwise because of her attitude it doesn’t even worth 1 star.

Ordered online thru Manulog, the delivery man from Ummah sent the food to the wrong house but insisted that he had delivered to the correct address. When Manulog indicated order received, called Ummah Thai, as expected they did not believe that I did not received the order, they think I lied!
Later knocked on the neighbour and the mate confirmed that he got free food for dinner. Neighbour said the delivery man just handed the food package to him without confirming the rightful address/orderer and walk away. Neighbour too was downright immoral for accepting and eating the food that was not theirs to begin with (didn’t even offer to pay for the food they’ve taken when confronted). Ummah Thai had not apologised at first instance, had continued to argue and insisted that he had sent to the right address only after they discovered they had made a mistake then it was too late to rectify the matter. It was already very late and our dinner went missing, were hungry/angry. Worst kind of staff attitude (yup neighbour included, what’s wrong with people nowadays). Worst service of an establishment by far. Was promised a refund, we shall see. Ummah Thai just lost five regular customers of theirs. Rude lousy service.
Yusoff if you’re reading this, your staff that night were disappointing bro.

Order cancelled after waiting exactly an hour for our food. No explanation was given. They even called us 40 minutes after placing the order saying that one thing on our $79.10 order couldn't be made so we replaced it with something else. 20 minutes after that we received an email saying the entire order was cancelled. So very disappointed as a first time customer.

We dropped in for a quick family meal this afternoon and I'm giving five stars for the quality and flavours of the food and also the fantastic service.
We shared mains and entrees among 5 adults and 1 infant, took leftovers home and the bill was just over $60. Quality, service and a fantastic price.
The satay chicken skewers were so delicious, but don't ask me the names of the other mains and they were yummy too.
No hesitation to recommend or revisit again.
