I'm so tired of paying to be disappointed. And I was really embarrassed to serve this to our guest.

Food was unpleasant and low quality for the price, considering the noodle and fried rice dishes were $20 each. It's also stingy to charge $3 for vegetables and not add tofu to the vegetarian and vegan dishes.

This place was good when I tried it earlier in the year, but our food the other night was so bad we won't be buying from Ummah again.

We came here today at this restraunt. The food was delicious and the service was very excellent as well as welcoming.

Nice halal thai food, clean tables, curtained sitting area, reasonably priced although would prefer slightly cheaper.

Tasty food, but the chef or staff somehow manages to forget one or two items of the total order. Happened second time in a row! Please be sincere and don’t waste the opportunity!

The food here is ok. It was much better and we used to dine here regularly until I feel quite ill after our last outing, not sure what’s going on… The service is near non existent and quite unfriendly.

Loved their food plus they have hand slaughtered chicken. Best thai I've had in Melbourne so far. Love their interior, staff, service. 10/10

Green Curry, Pad Thai & Milk Tea were the best the food dishes among all. Must try for a healthier option.

Southern Thai style eatery, Muslim style. It's good food, friendly staff and I'll eat there again. EDIT - I ate there again and same same - it's all good!

Randomly chose this restaurant to eat at on a Tuesday night after work. Lovely staff, service was great and of course delicious food. Had a lovely time!

Not sure why this place is rated so highly. We were seated by getting told our table number and flicked a finger to indicate in which direction. After all our guests arrived and had decided what to order, no one had came to take our order, we had to get up and find someone to eventually come and take our order. The food came in after about a 40 minute wait, in dribs and drabs. Our last meal came nearly 2 hours after we had seated and nearly finished sharing our meals. It would have been really sad if we all had individual meals as that person would have been starving. We had to get up and ask again for our drinks and fetch our own water and plastics cups. As the staff were so busy, some of the meals were pretty much thrown at us. The staff did apologise for us waiting, however too many errors were made and the vibe was not pleasant but stressful with the rush the staff were in. So the reason why they were so busy is not because of many customers in the restaurant but because of uber eats orders. So all the meals were going out the door.
My rating:
2 stars for nice food.
Minus a star for cleanliness and overall vibe.
Minus a star for poor customer service.
Minus a star for such poor and late food service.
Really disappointed. A couple of suggestions for the store:
- Hire more staff!
- Get people to order at the counter.
- Learn from Papa Rich style concept.
- If you are going to take so long to bring out the food, let the customers know and offer something on the table as the children were starving.
- Put the drinks out first.
- I understand uber eats might be your bread and butter however people have made an effort to visit your store, serve them first!
- Send your existing staff to learn customer service skills and prioritisation skills.

Excellent lunchtime menu with a good selection of dishes to enjoy. When ordering from the lunchtime menu you do get an additional can of soft drink included with your meal. Meals are delivered promptly freshly cooked with seasonal ingredients.

You will find plenty of seating for in-house dining including comfortable lounge bench couch seating.

Parking out the front and also in the Adjacent Shopping Center carpark.

There is efpos available when making payment.

A lot of the stir fry dishes only used the instant sauce. Check those before you place your order. Not authentic enough only some Asian salty food

Pretty good. The Pad Thai had a little bit too much fish sauce but was still really good. Thoroughly enjoyed the Pad Kee Mao and Chilli Fried Rice as well.

We both ordered the Thai Fried Rice. Both tasted very good and good portion. Only thing lacking is service which is understandable with one person in charge of many duties.

Taste is not at all good, we ordered noodles with crispy chicken which was Taste like $2.00 noodles, food is too expensive compare to portions, taste is below average. The Seafood Stir fry did not taste like stir fry at all.
