I recently replaced our canvas awnings with shutters. When deciding whom we were going to use it became obvious that ultimate shutters had the expertise. They were easy to talk go and from the beginning they explained the process they would take from manufacture right through to installation.

The installers were punctual and their quality of workmanship was second to non. When they finished they cleaned up. We could only wish that all trades people worked in the same manner.

The shutter was a self install, with an electrician doing the electrical connection. Easily done in a couple of hours, once everything was sorted.
You need to have the right tools and be confident in what you are doing, otherwise pay somebody to install it for you.
Very happy with my end result and highly recommend the slim line shutter.

The installation day arrived and the tech installed them in a very professional manner and he fitted them precisely, I like the finish that he achieved.

I installed Ultimate Shutters to my house in Cairns QLD over 2 years ago.
The product is ideal for Cyclonic protection (Insurance discount applies) and added security.
My house faces West and the afternoon sun is relentless, since I fitted the shutters (Easy DIY install) my house is cooler (saving on electricity) and the curtains and furniture no longer suffer from the suns rays in the afternoons.
The units continue to function faultlessly, smoothly and quietly.
I did mess up the remote programming but after a quick call to Ultimate, Damien patiently worked through over the phone and everything is fine now.
My house now is secure and looks fantastic when the blinds are down of an evening, I no longer have to walk around the house drawing blinds one after another.
And with one touch of a button in the morning, the house wakes up!

We had sixteen shutters installed two years ago, and have been very happy with them. They keep the house warmer in winter and cooler in summer, and look great. Recently one of the shutters malfunctioned but Damien was happy to arrange for it to be fixed. We are would recommend them to anyone who wants privacy, security, noise reduction and temperature control.
