I cannot recommend Rosa and the team at Ultimate Shutters highly enough. I’ve just had 9 shutters installed to match ones previously installed ten years ago. This required powder coating to colour match and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Sime and David the installers were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting shutters installed.

Ultimate Shutter service has been exceptional! They were professional from start to finish and made the process easy. The shutters themselves are fantastic, keeping the heat in and the cold out, as well as outside noise. Would recommend Ultimate Shutter without hesitation.

Having moved into a home with a blind already installed which stopped working all of a sudden, I was very surprised to find there is no service to try and troubleshoot or resolve the situation to determine what might be the cause of the problem before submitting a service claim for someone to come out. You can't even speak to a technician or service person about this and unfortunately there is no facility for them to offer advice or support with these shutters if something goes wrong. We figured it could be the remote, changed the battery but no luck, so after doing some googling we found a manual for it and voila it was on the wrong wireless channel. It would be very helpful to at least have a service person call when you submit a request to try and determine what the issue is first or even some troubleshooting info re remotes etc on the website, before sending someone out at $375 call out fee plus $210 per hour (payable upfront) only to find it could be fixed by pressing a few buttons on the remote.

Ultimate Shutters were amazing, fantastic customer service. They weren't the cheapest but you could tell the difference in quality compared to others. Happy with my shutters and would not hesitate to recommend.

The prices were far better than any other quote we had gotten. A bit weird dealing with a company over the phone but once the installer came for a pre check measure then installation they were very pleasant and friendly to deal with and nothing but the best product. We had a great experience with Ultimate Shutter getting strong, steel Fortress shutters made in Vic and fitted in WA to all the doors and windows of our house, even through these COVID times. We chose Fortress after testing samples against several other options for fire and impact resistance as we are on a bush block and really wanted to reinforce our homes most vulnerable points.

In all our dealings, Ultimate Shutter were always professional, quick, accurate and competent as was their local installer. I would certainly go back to them for any other shutter jobs I ever come across.

Don’t bother. 5 week lead lead time turned into 5 months to Sydney. Shutters arrived damaged dented. Shutters were installed damaged and dented. No response to emails. Promised a survey report of the sliding door shutters that are apparently made “ out of steel “ a higher rating than BAL 40. No response again no product survey given. Don’t put yourself through it.

We had shutters installed around 20 years ago by Ultimate Shutters and have not had a problem during the years. That is why we called them straight away to have further shutters installed. We are so happy with the end product and the installer (Andy) was fantastic. I would recommend Ultimate Shutters to anyone that is looking to have Shutters installed.
