We hosted our daughter’s first birthday at Ultima, it was a block buster hit. Got appreciated from all the guests for its magnificent ambience and delicious food. Service staffs (Jothy and deep) were extremely polite and helpful. Special mention to Kim (event coordinator) who coordinated everything with us from the initial day of booking till the end of party. I appreciate her quick and kind response for all of our questions. Overall we had a fun filled awesome experience. I highly recommend this place for any of parties.

We have celebrated second birthday party of our princess and it was an amazing night organised very well by the team Ultima function centre.we would like to thanks the management and specially to the staff it was so friendly and helpful. All our invitees were so impressed by delicious food and presentation by team.five stars are not enough to describe the service that we received from Ultima Centre.it’s highly recommended for any sort of celebration that someone looking for.

We hosted our daughter's Sangeet function at the Ultima MEC Ballrooom. Everything was perfect and it was a night to remember.
Jimmy, his assistant Kim and the rest of the team did a splendid job of putting it all together. The place looked amazing with the stage, decor, lights & the table setup. Our guests loved the food & the drinks, specially the bollywood themed mocktails & cocktails served in the foyer.
The function had to be postponed a few times because of Covid but Jimmy was very supportive & cooperative all along. We would definitely go back to Ultima for any of our future functions and also recommend the venue to our family & friends.

It was so organised, food was amazing.
Staff was friendly.
Lucky I choose to have my wedding there.

I would like to thank Ultima Reception for the professional and great day they gave us today. We had a Funeral Wake for my Greek Mother in Law and it was wonderful and beautiful. The Service was great /a beautiful set up room and the food was impressive. Thank you Kim for being accommodating to our needs and ending our farewell beautifully. I will use this reception again hopefully for joyous occasion.

Both the venue and the catering service by tandoori flames was exceptional and awesome. Both Jimmy and Deepti made sure that all things are organised perfectly.

Ultima Reception was 1st class both from a service and food quality perspective during my fathers recent wake. Everything organised and promised was delivered by Kim /Stella and indeed by the entire Ultima Reception team without a hitch. It was pure precision without any stress.

This venue was a recommendation through a very close friend for my brother’s reception and after a close look, we would have never backed out. This place just possessed so many pros that we were amazed at what all it had to offer; from spacious rooms, decor (recent renos have uplifted the place), spacious parking, close proximity to airport, Hume Freeway etc.and the list just goes on.
Jimmy is an amazing host and we don’t have words to describe how friendly and kind hearted he is. The journey that we were on with him right until after the event is truly remarkable in nature as he not only took our event seriously but helped us stay on track for our special event with inclusions to budget, decor, arrangements etc. He also went above and beyond his job description to organise a few suppliers as per our requirements.
Jimmy has an amazing team of chefs and staff that are friendly, cooperative and stay focussed with their communication. Not to forget the exceptional mouth watering food that was presented for the evening. Jimmy had promised us to serve our Indian cuisine menu but with a twist and he sure did live up to the mark. So, thank you for doing that as it really got our guests talking and they will be doing that for a long time (shout out to Stella who was also managing the evening that night).
Looking forward to hosting many more events in the near future, highly recommend.

The venue is centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere due to close proximity to the airport.
Rooms are generously sized and there is plenty of parking, there are plenty of choices for suppliers serving the venue.
Jimmy is a great host and did accepted our last minutes change with a smile, highly recommended

Great location and inside is very convenient and large. Fit for weddings, gatherings, ceremonies and cultural traditions. Very grand place. People enjoy being here with awesome customer service and you're treated very well there. Easy to book a room and ask questions since they're very nice and are open to answer all of your questions. They deserve all five stars in my books.
