Fabulous and finest venue in metropolitan Melbourne.
We hosted our sister reception, ULTIMA TEAM etihc was very professional and high standards.
Food and service was exceptional, decor, lighting, presentation was prodigious.

Inder was very helpful and catered family dinner in the end of reception.

My wife and I recently held our wedding function at Ultima Function Centre. We decided on the pearl room, where we where in contact with Kim. She walked us through everything and helped my wife and I plan our wedding. From decor to food which er decided on Indian cuisine. Very enjoyable event all our guest are still commenting us on our special Night.

Beautiful venue with very elegant interior. Jimmy was amazing in helping us coordinate our friends 50th birthday party, from day one and was present at the event overseeing everything. Staff were very helpful, organised and always there to help with a smile. Inder you are amazing. Thank you to everyone at Ultima, we had a wonderful time.

Ultima Function centre was the best decision I made for my son’s reception venue because it’s not just the hall which is absolutely gorgeous but the whole team is wonderful, Jimmy was great in understanding our needs and meeting them.
Good was delicious and served on time.
The catering staff was energetic specially Johnny was very attentive and helpful.
This was our first experience with Ultima but I can say we will always come back here for future functions.

Had my mommas 60th here everything was nice n smooth from bookings to the end of the event night.
Food was delicious and very pretty decos n workers was very good and Jimmy even come out to check and talk to us if everything is ok.

Jimmy provide us everything we needed to Celebrate our Engagement and Wedding.
It was the most stress-free event that have been through.
The Catering services that Jimmy provided from Tandoori Flames was just amazing. Tandoori can cook any food you like with your taste.
To be honest, We had great feedback from all our guests about the food and venue decoration that jimmy provided with very reasonable price.

Ultima function hall had an amazing service, our guest count was small to about 45 people but even so, the staff made the guests feel very welcomed and tended to all their needs.
The hall 'The sketch room' was very beautiful and had an amazing professional wedding atmosphere during the time of the event.the function hall manager, Jimmy helped make things extremely easy when organising the venue, including giving us a list of contacts to decorators and trusted camera crews.
Their restaurant, Tandoori flames that catered for us in the evening, has the most exquisite Indian cuisine, amazing fast-paced service and friendly staff. The kitchen staff allowed special dishes with no extra fee for some of our guests who had allergies and/or other special dietary requirements.
The floor manager Inder who was in charge of our venue, was exceptionally helpful and very sweet, making sure the bride and groom had someone tending to them personally but also executing her other tasks promptly, making sure food and services were brought to each table. She was very friendly and went out of her way to make the couple was happy by carrying out any kind of requests during the event.
We came to ultima to look at the hall and within four weeks, with all the organised planning and help from Jimmy and the Receptionist, Kim, our wedding ended with many heartfelt memories, thank you so much for helping us through it in such a short time! We will also be recommending the hall centre to our family and friends for many years to come.

Exceptional! That’s the only way to describe Ultima. From first contact to the end of our big night Kim and her staff went above and beyond, even when faced with challenges such as a snap lockdown less than 24 hours before our big day and having to reschedule to the next week! All our guests commented on how much the venue has changed for the better under its new management, from food (10/10) to decor to friendly staff who don’t mind the odd dance or 2 while doing their job. I couldn’t recommend Ultima enough.

One of the most important functions in our life was my elder Son's wedding. We chose Ultima for the occassion. Jimmy the venue owner from the very beginning showed exceptional customer service and it was due to his attitude we signed with Ultima. Since it was during Covid time we had several hiccups starting with lockdown and lesser number of guests etc. Jimmy was extremely patient throughout the whole process and alway helped with whatever query we had. I must says that I am a perfectionist and Jimmy turned out to be the same. Jimmy helped us choosing the menu by giving us his honest suggestions to giving us ideas for stage setup. He looked after all our special requirements honestly and professionally. On the day of the wedding he made sure that the halls are setup attractively with Uplights and Lights under the table that gave a very beautiful sight to the guests. Starting from Mocktails & Canapees to Entrees, Mains and Desserts everything was very tasty and exceptionally well presented. Jimmy certainly knows how to run this type of business. All our guests were very happy impressed with everything and could not stop praising things. Jimmy mate you made our special day exceptional and memorable. Thanks so very much!

Ultima Function Centre went above and beyond to cater to my daughter's wedding. Despite the uncertainty of dates due to a snap lockdown a week before, Jimmy and his team worked hard and constantly kept in touch with us regarding any changes we may need to make. They were professional in collaborating with our vendors and were mindful of our requirements. In the end, we had a successful event and I recommend this service to everyone.
