I have been to this place several times i had got my iphone fixed last year and yesterday i just got my Macbook Pro upgraded from Peter he is a very helpful person who tries to help all his customers. Best thing about him is he is not pushy and always provides with more than one option. Finally i would sum it up and say what peter said we value our customers.

My laptop was blue screening and Peter managed to fix it in a day. Great service and knowledge!

Couldn't be happier with my experience here today, brought in my smashed screen and the guy said he'd fix it for $70 within half an hour, and if there were any other issues he'd just fix them and include them in the price. Came back half an hour later and it was all done, good as new, even had a nice tempered glass protecter on it - all inclusive and done with a smile. Thanks guys!

Service was really nice! Only complaint, the quality of the screen protectors for iPhones is poor. I got mine replaced twice in less than a week, because it broke without me dropping it/or making any major damage. The third one also broke in a week.

Two weeks ago i brought my work laptop to Peter at Ufixit to replace the battery that the company had sent. Peter was fast, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

This is the best computer shop and repair shop in Melbourne peter is very nice and super friendly he always gives me the best deal on stuff i buy lots of his items and get things fixed as well he is very helpful and knowledgeable!

Peter at U fix it is amazing, it doesnt matter if its dead phone or dead computer he will fix it. My Laptop is an example, when it was pronounced dead by another provider, the other provider said send it to HP for their help. HP said they couldnt economically fix it and I needed to buy another laptop.
Took it to Pete and he took it away for the weekend after stating that he would spend unpaid time looking at. Well he fixed it and charged me a 1/3 of the first guys fee (who didnt fixit)
I cannot recommend Peter and U F ix it, more highly. All my kids phones, computers and mine, he has fixed them all for a great price. Do your self a favor and see the best in Melbourne, see this guy!

RIPPED OFF. Took my Ipad pro for screen repair. Paid $310 cash. Ipad is for occasional work use and I had used it once since repair. It then lay on my desk for 3 weeks unused until the other night I took it out to use as I sat on the sofa. Screen was fine. I swiped my finger on the screen and began to notice vertical coloured lines appearing. These gradually got worse and spread across the screen. 10 minutes later the screen switched itself off and wouldn't turn back on again. I took it back to Peter and was basically told the warranty he said I had was worthless and that I had smashed the screen and should take better care of it. I was furious at this! He offered to repair for another $210 cash. Why would I give him another $210 for a screen that lasted less than a month? The original work was shoddy. Part of the screen overlapped the home button making it difficult to press. I should have taken it back immediately but I let it go as it was working albeit not perfectly but enough for what I needed it for. What isn't acceptable is the screen failing after using it twice in a month and then been told It was my doing. I've since taken it elsewhere and been told the screen wasn't even attached properly. Go elsewhere. 0 Stars

I was quoted hundreds of dollars by Apple, even though they couldn't guarantee it would work. U fix it, fixed it, up graded my software and gave me more memory for a quarter of the price. Hello!

Incorrectly identified the problem, charged me $80 to change the battery when the real problem was a $3 lead on the charger. Then he tried to justify it! I got him to put the old battery back into the phone and replaced the charger lead and the phone is fine. Do not use this business. Either they’re incompetent or dishonest.

This place is the cheapest place for fixing phone and laptop in Melbourne. They’ve fixed my phone with water damaged, broken screen, changed battery or even changed screen protector. I always done with them and they gave me pretty good price with honest suggestions. Recommended and price can be bargain.

Best service for ur phone or laptop from ufixit repairs. 100% satisfied and recommend to others to give it a go I’m sure u won’t disappoint and go back to give him more work. Been twice with the problem once in MacBook Pro and another water damaged iPhone 7+ when Apple was asking $499 to fix the phone got mine fix in less than half money and whole data saved. Peter was very helpful and accommodating to all of my questions. He fixed my iPhone 6 screen in half an hour and even popped in a free glass screen protector:) definitely recommend!

Went here after another local place made my phone 300x worse than when I first gave it to them.

Ufixit fixed their mistakes and further upgraded my phone. They spent many hours working on it and I am very very happy with how much better it now is.
