I strongly recommend this computer & phone repair/purchase place. Do not under estimate his youthful looks; looks in this case are deceiving, unlike Peter who is honest, humble, highly qualified & super tech gifted.

Excellent service, found a replacement screen for my laptop in Melbourne sooner than he'd estimated, and had it installed in 20 minutes. Now works perfectly. Helpful and really nice.

The guy who was working there was so nice. He looks my cellphone that it was totally crushed, and told me, ok will be ready in 45 min, and it was! Totally affordable price (150 x my really really damaged screen I think is not too bad).

Had issues with a new screen requiring a HDMI port, which was not on my desk tower. Peter put in a second hand card and a HDMI port. Took it home and had more issues with card, than what i started with? Program crashing, cursor freezing up, computer shutting down. Task manager not coming up to close, so a hard re boot required, which can cause more damage over time. Tower just unstable. I put these on paper a second time when i took in to fix. I doubt he even read these, which i explained as well. Still same issue, nothing had changed when i got home. I just re booted to write this review. Just charged more he gave it a quick clean. No checking or tuning done. Nothing? He is very distant when discussing issues? I got the impression he assumed my issues were made up? Had just had the computer on for say an hour, and assumed all was fixed? He did not check a thing. Last time i will use. Very poor.

I needed some thermal paste after realising I had run out in the middle of an upgrade. I didn't want to revert back (even during lock-down) and the guy was happy to help out at a moments notice.

Pete is the go to guy for vitually any tech fixes.

I once had a desktop boot loop problem. He diagnosed it without seeing the computer (from the problem and the 'puter behaviour description I told him about). He sold me a tube of cpu Thermal Paste for a few dollars. This saved me from having to buy a whole new computer. They are all great at Ufixit.

I knew I had something small wrong and just needed someone to look at my laptop but other places said it'd take 2-3 days. I came in and had it looked at and promptly fixed the small issue (loose connections on the battery) in 20 minutes. Will be back!
