Tyner Road Medical Centre reviews
67Dr Hanson and Dr Kumudhini are great. Very kind, gentle and they take their time, which is rare these days.
Dr. Speirs is my family doctor and has been for the last 16 years, he delivered my first child and had been involved through shared care for my other children I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone. It is hard to get an appointment immediately, but that proves he spends the time with his patients.
I also see Dr. Clark he is fantastic as well! Once again I'd recommend him too!
I see Dr Speirs and he is a very good Dr and takes his time to help you out I have also seen other Dr's there and they are the same they take their time to really help you out best medical center I have been to 5 stars
DID NOT WASH HANDS OR WEAR GLOVES WHEN GIVING A VACCINATION to my son.
Both the senior and junior nurse did not wear any gloves or wash there hands casually touched other things in the clinic before giving the shot.
Then afterwards placed the band aid on her hand before putting my child. On top of this I waited an extra 30mins because the receptionist did not inform the nurse that I was present and waiting. Very frustrated especially with a two year old.
Fantastic doctors surgery. Great range of doctors who are all friendly and professional. Dr Bryce Speirs is especially good and has been our family GP for 25 years. He specializes in obstetrics and is dedicated to all aspects of patient care.
The sister (Pat) has a wonderful disposition and is great with children and immunisations. She's the only person I know that can make you laugh whilst giving you an injection at the same time!
Had a two year old with serious laceration requiring stitches, arrived at Tyner Rd medical at approximately 3 pm on a Friday only to find the doors were locked, a member of staff came to the door and told me they did not have any doctors onsite and they couldn't help us. How does that happen!? Pretty poor, in fact woeful. Never going back.
My family doctor. Kind, caring and considerate but very busy. Can be difficult to get an appointment with your family Dr at short notice. That being said, you can usually get in to see another not so busy Dr. They also have an online appointment booking system which is easy to use. They also have a nurse onsite who provides pathology, small procedures and ECG services
