Dr Speirs & Dr Dene are very good & caring doctors. Caroline, Jayne & Maddie are good receptionist. They are very friendly.

I've been coming here for nearly 12 years now.
The doctors are fantastic, particularly Dr Kimberley and Bryce.
However recently I've felt the receptionists are really ruining the caring feel of the centre.

Twice now I've come 15 minutes early for an appointment, which happened to be during lunch time when the nurses sit at reception and lock the front door to have their lunch. This is FINE, however, I'm not sure if they are aware that you can hear EVERYTHING they say and laugh about easily from the other side of the front door.
As I approached the door today I hear "we're clooooosed" in a loud and snarky voice, then someone comment saying "I wish people would just read the hours", followed by laughter.
Someone then opened the door to tell me they are all having lunch and to wait outside. Minutes later, two separate elderly patients arrive and are let in as I sit in my car.
It really shows that there is a snarky gossipy culture when patients aren't around, which is really disappointing as the building has some amazing doctors.
I'm really unsure whether I will continue on as a patient now.

Great doctors, actually taking the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe during these times.

Gold standard of all Medical Centres. See any doctor here and you will see they are of the highest standard and integrity. Genuine and thorough care has been consistent for the past few years, every single time I have needed such services. Dr Spears is my all time favorite. But all are amazing.

After a partial coeliac diagnosis from another clinic I heard about Dr Speirs via an existing patient with regard to the condition, I was Dr shopping at the time in an effort to be correctly diagnosed and have a Dr for ongoing management. Dr Speirs thinks outside the box for patient care and puts the patient first, he’s the only Dr I’ve ever met who has my full trust because he sees my questions as an opportunity to educate not as a threat to his authority and answers me in layman’s terms which prevents any misunderstanding. The clinic, for the most part, has Drs with similar viewpoints and this has enabled my children to select the Dr they feel the most comfortable with and allowed them to see that Dr exclusively (hi Dr Patience and Dr Dene!) rather than having to settle for whoever happens to be available, this combined with minimal staff turnover keeps everything nicely consistent for us all which, let’s be honest, makes the experience of being unwell a lot less traumatic knowing you’re going to get the care you need at the time you need it. I will say reception could be less testy at times but also, I imagine they’re insanely busy so maybe I shouldn’t be such a whiny little so and so. Overall a great clinic with great people.

Love my OBGYN Dr. Spiers! Care is of the utmost importance! More than Porfessionals, more like one big family!

Dr Speirs has been my only doctor my entire life as he is the dr that delivered me, always have such an easy going and open experience with him, he’s very thorough and doesn’t make you feel rushed or as if any question is silly. I cannot recommend him enough and refuse to see anyone else.
Covid is such a wild time to try and see a doctor, today I went in for a breast examination and although I made the receptionist aware of this she still made me wait in the car park for an examination out there because I have a blocked nose, although I also made her aware I had a covid test come back negative, not good enough. When Dr Speirs came out he immediately told me to come inside to his room for my appointment and allowed my partner to come with me also. The unwelcoming and often rude receptionists are just a small price to pay to see an incredible Dr.

Dr Patience is a lovely person, but sometimes receptionist is really rude. Jayne, you need to back to school, to learn how to be a person, to learn how to deal with bias from your inner heart.

I am very happy and staff very friendly, professional and helpful. It’s a friendly clinic with everything needed in one place.

I love this medical Centre, staff are all so lovely, doctors are 100% devoted to looking after their patience everyone there is amazing. Bryce delivered my eldest child who is 11 and he was fantastic with everything, also pointed me in the direction of a fantastic specialist when needed with my next 2 baby boys. Bryce is 1 in a million.

Been using the same GP since birth and he always goes up and beyond to ensure I’m looked after. If you’re new I would highly recommend Dr Bryce Speirs.

This medical Centre is fantastic with a kind and helpful staff. Dr Kimberly James are looking after my kids (one 8 year girls and one 3 years boy) with 100% attention and care.

I’ve been going to this clinic for many years and for many reasons. From the front desk to the nurses to dr Speirs they are an incredible drs surgery. Always supportive and very caring. They always try to accommodate with appointments and with my needs as this surgery has a lot of different services. Lovely people. Thank you to all of them.

These negative reviews are rubbish. This has been my local doctor's surgery for at least 20 years. They're professional and much sought-after for a good reason.

The doctors are lovely a pity about the receptionists at the front desk. I have only taken my baby to the clinic 2 times and each time they were cold. A smile would be nice occasionally from front desk staff especially around a baby.

The most unorganised place I’ve ever been to in my life. Make booking for Doctors who wasn’t going to be able to do what we wanted. Also the staff behind the counter are the rudest people on the planet. Will not be coming back here ever again.
