Was recommended to go to this place by my dressmaker. Unfortunately the customer service was basically non-existent when we got there. Not one person asked us if we needed help even though there weren't there were only a handful of people in the store. Then when we did manage to make eye contact with the staff the man was extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. Besides that, the majority of their fabric on offer was pretty outdated and one of the few that we did like they refused to put it on hold for our dressmaker even though they were able to come in next day. Would NOT recommend this place. My suggestion is that you train your staff to be more attentive to customers and strive for better service given there are so many other places you can go to and the fabric is not cheap!

I needed samples for my fabric and textile assignment. The girl who served me was very helpful and informative about the different types of fabrics and their characteristics. I received all the samples I needed and written information in regards to each fabric, its composition, price and width. Great Customer service all done with a cheerful disposition. Thank-you for a impressive experience.

Stay away from this place. Suburban, narrow-minded people. It is always 'Hello darling' with these people. They obviously do not respect themselves.

With a trained eye - most of the fabrics are quite tacky.

I completely LOVE this store truly amazing high quality fabrics and beautiful service. I will always be a regular customer.

Walked in, said I was getting married, her response "good for you". Hmmm
Then said I was looking for Ivory, her response "we don't do ivory, it's too yellow"

In summary, not helpful, and felt like an overpriced curtain shop.

I've found my lace for my wedding dress elsewhere
