I am a beginner, I have more questions than knowledge and I didn’t have a lot of money to shop with. Linda answered all my question, she looked through all her patterns, she opened up a product so I can see and touch it, she was so supportive and helpful. I've never had someone in a fabric store be so helpful. Not bad prices and selection either.

For the most unique, high quality fabrics and exceptional service I highly recommend Tylers fabrics. I have been purchasing my fabrics here for over 20 years and they have never ever disappointed me. As a bridal designer I would say I am extremely particular and can be very fussy as I need to have an eye for detail and quality, but Tylers is hands down one of the best fabrics stores in Australia for exquisite fabrics. I can't speak more highly of this treasure because they have such a high quality product and such a variety. Thank you love you guys!

Tylers Fabrics is great. Please check out this store. The staff is extremely helpful. I spent over 2 hours there because the staff was really trying to find the absolute perfect fabric for my dress. 2 years ago I went to Tyler’s to buy fabric for my nieces christening gown which I made. The staff were exceptionally helpful, guiding me through all details about fabric, making the gown and other information I required.

Recently, I have gone back to Tyler’s as I am making my best friends gown for her 30th and my gown for my 30th. Michael greeted me straight away and asked if I needed any help. He allowed me to look and take note of samples for my reference. I asked him for help regarding a particular fabric and answered all my questions. He was extremely helpful and patient with my queries. He went above and beyond to assist me which I greatly appreciated. I’ll definitely be going back to buy my fabric!

Extremely rude staff! I’ve called multiple times over the past few months to ask if they stock a certain fabric and they are always so blunt and unhelpful. They claim to have great customer service but every experience I have had with them has not been great. Recently I called and asked if you had a pleated tulle or other pleated fabrics and the response was “no you’ll have to do it yourself” in a nasty tone. When I asked if you will get any in you bluntly responded “no”. A few days later you post on your Instagram claiming that you’ll be releasing some pleated fabrics in 2019/2020? Either your employees don’t understand nor care about providing adequate customer service or they are clueless and have no idea what stock they have or are bringing in. Not even going to bother visiting your store if you can’t even dedicate 60 seconds over the phone to helping me.

Made the purchase of my wife's dress so much easier. That's good for the bride and the groom. Got some fabric for my shirts too.

As a emerging designer, Tyler’s fabrics never fails to deliver nothing but the most exclusive, divine and luxurious fabrics in Australia. With a beautiful choice of amazing imported lace and fabrics I’m always left inspired with amazing ideas to create luxurious gowns when I leave the shop. When ever I visit Tyler’s fabrics I’m always greeted with fabulous staff memebers who always make you feel welcomed and special when ever I walk in. I know that I’m always being looked after as the team are always willing to help me with what ever it is I’m after. Regardless of how much time I spend in Tyler’s, I always walk out feeling confident in the choices I’ve made with the fabrics they have to chose from (trust me there’s a whole lot to pick from and there is something for everybody). I was recommended to go here by my dress maker Pat for my wedding dress material. All the material is of high quality and their prices are reasonable for retail sale. Staff are really helpful.
Jenny went above and beyond for me every time I had a question or needed help she was just a phone call way. She found the exact material /or replica of the marina hardwick dress that I had fallen in love with and am currently getting made for a fraction of the price. Thanks Tylers Fabrics!

Beautiful fabrics, huge selection of designs and prices. Found it hard to choose at first as I fell in love with so many laces, but after an spending an hour with a super helpful salesperson I purchased a stunning Italian beaded lace for my gown.
Will definitely recommend to my friends to come here for their wedding fabrics.

A brides heaven. So many stunning pieces to choose from, I could have left with fabric for 5 different gowns! The staff were an absolute dream with their knowledge and guidance. They really helped me stay on track with choosing fabric around the concept I'd developed with my maker. - if you haven't been here, you must go and if you have time, I would recommend reading the insightful blog post Mr Tyler has written. I wish I'd read it before I started my journey.
