From the time we walked in, the warm friendly welcome, the excellent service and generous food servings was exceptional. The floor manager was very professional and the restaurant emmaculate! Even the guy in the corner making the pizza dough so passionate. Highly recommended this place. Thank you

Lovely atmosphere, coffee ️ & fresh food delectable true Italian pizzas made by fabulous regular chef - David is such a lovely host & so welcoming to my 98 year old Dad - they speak in Italian together- thanks so much we are regulars & will be back - have had many family celebrations here.

Staff are 2nd to none. Exquisite Italian cuisine but chef has a lot to learn when a customer requests pasta NOT AL DENTE.

Not for the first time (but this will be the LAST) - we have walked in and been greeted by the sullen attitude of the head staff person - it is almost like we as a customer are interrupting her day. Complete lack of a smile on her face, and an almost look of disdain on her face as I ask politely for a table. Coffee is good, pizza was undercooked - the head person greeting (HA - I use that word "greeting" with a laugh) at the door - she needs to get rid of the sullen attitude to customers. I thought it was just me being 'picky about service, but even without me mentioning anything about it, my somewhat more tolerant son mentioned the unacceptable attitude of the head person. EXTREMELY POOR front of house service.

These guys do such beautiful Italian food. The gnocchi dish was some of best gnocchi my friend had ever had. Staff are always really friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Great place tp bring friends and family or to have date night at.

Delicious food and good service. Our waitress was really friendly. The chicken risotto was out of this world.

This is the third time I have been delighted to attend the authentic Italian Restaurant “Two Sugars” - it did not disappoint. The waiter warmly greeted us all and showed us to our seats. A thriving, warm atmosphere! We were delighted with our food choices- seafood linguine, really fresh salad, duck ravioli, fish and chips and my old favourite CARBONARA! Superb. Our waiter chose and exquisite Italian Chardonnay to accompany the food. Will be back there very soon. What a magnificent dining experience. Thank you!

Used to be good place not any more, we ordered couple of dishes with Napoli sauce tasted as though it came straight out of jar or can, being a hot day asked for a table inside n was told all tables were booked n gave us a table close to the entrance, n I had kids with me, noticed 3 or 4 tables were still empty even after we left,
Never going back there again.

Amazing place to be found in West Geelong. Menu purely Italian and the staff helpful. Even when we couldn't speak Italian.

Great service, didn't have to wait much through they were almost full. Everyone loved thier pizzas.

Literally there for only late coffee. But then, captured my eyes on other tables with delicious looking food. So decided to order dessert, which was tiramisu and Gelato ice cream. Tiramisu was great enough to deserve 5 stars! Tiramisu was more likely sorbet tasty, but I was happy enough

Next time, I will be there for pasta and pizza, they've got nice dessert, so I believe they have good main meal!

These guys make the best meatballs ever - the pizzas and pasta I've tried so far are all superb here, I just highly recommend trying their meatballs with bread entree dish as it's such an authentic tasty Italian meal like Nonna would make! The service here is always friendly and accommodating too, even during busy times on Pako. Highly recommend a visit.

Had a very nice meal here, and it was on the specials board which sometimes your not sure is going to be as good as what's on the menu. Surprisingly it was great. The waiters/waitresses were very pleasant and their service was good. Also had a nice Pinot Grigio wine with the meal.

Very good, beautiful food and great service, even if they did come to the table and sing happy birthday to me, beautiful thought and good fun. Thank you all
