Two Sugars on Pako

Had a pizza and was not impressed at all. Excessive crust, dry, minimal topping and little flavour. Willing to give the place another go, as the pastas looked nice.

So I order my food and spent money on a dessert I can’t eat. I had liquid instead of Pana Cotta and they were absolutely amazing replaced it and even called back when I wasn’t able to get a hold of them.

I heard good things about this place but very disappointed. Ordered the seafood pasta and the carbonara, both were very tasteless and over priced. Never again. The dessert was just as bad. What a waste of money

What disappointment!
The place had the look of potential with the large black and white murals. It went downhill.
We were seated right next all the cutlery. Lots of pepper grinders, but no pepper corns, seriously, supermarket outside.
Menu was overpriced/food quality terribly lacking.
$28 Lasagne which was meant to have bechamel sauce, didn't have.
I was presented with something that was microwaved and slimy, lacking in flavour. Service, we felt rushed and not warming. We braved our way through the meal, should have asked for another table and send our meals back, yes all of us.
Won't be back.

I went with some friends and my 2 years old after lunch just for coffee and cake and we were told that we could only sit outside even though there were empty tables inside the restaurant and added the young waiter said that this is very common in Italy, you guys forgot that you are in Australia, mate

Waited 30mins for dessert once they arrived told we have to leave for next sitting, terrible service, food average compared to previous visits.

Great food. Very authentic and attention to service. The pizza base was so light and I didn't feel full or bloated. Generous toppings. Recommended.

Have always loved two sugars on pako and decided to order in - food absolutely nothing like in house. Pasta and risotto dishes flavourless and completely disappointing not their normal standard at all.

Cannot fault anything. Food is yumminess to its finest!? Nice ambiance. Good Service. Definitely worth it.

Overpriced, tasteless, very bland pizza, pretty much one cube per slice of chicken, pumpkin, was burnt it, they must have great pasta but pizza is below average.

My fave Italian place to eat in Geelong! I’d even go as far as saying it’s better Italian than we’ve had from the infamous Lygon Street in Melbourne! We love coming here in a regular basis!

I wish i could give a zero star.pathetic service. Pathetic taste.unprofessional staff.don't have manner.management really need to train staff.wastage of money and time.

Food is fantastic but service really brings it down. Twice now we’ve been it has taken over 30mins to have our order taken, and then impossible to order any further drinks or food. Food took a good 40mins to arrive. Also a very loud and squishy restaurant.

The parmigiana was amazing.im not gonna lie though, the indian waitress was quite rude to my friend but all the other staff were absolutely amazing and they even hinted they were in the process of removing her. GOOD JOB!

Definitely recommend this place for a dining spot when you travel to great ocean road!
The portion is suitable for family to share. We 2 already feel so full by this 2 plate haha or we would try tiramisu for sure

Had Pollo parmigiana
Pollo romana.both of them are delicious
Especially pollo romana.
I am not a fan of food made with wine.but after having this dish I changed my perspective towards that.

Busy place so better reserve first.

Dined there Tuesday evening, service was sour, pizza was slop, too wet to even pick-up, and when I told the family waitress she didn't even apologise, and still charged FULL price! Never going back!

Great food at a reasonable price, but very noisy when it is full. The service is not really friendly at all times and seems to be a little understaffed. The food servings sizes and quality certain make up for this.

Only ordered a large takeaway coffee but really nice interior, semi welcoming hosts but a wonderful latte to go.

Highly recommend! Very yummy food served by the friendliest staff.the venue itself has a really warm, comfortable atmosphere.we always feel so at home and welcome here.also wanted to acknowledge the new waiter who served us tonight (didn't get his name), who had such a positive uplifting energy.keep up the amazing work.
