Tim’s work was thorough and clearly explained on the day followed up with an extensive report including photographs. I contacted TIm to obtain and Building and Pest Inspection for a 20 year old residential home. Tim booked in the inspection date and time very promptly and arrived on time. Whilst there he expertly, quickly and efficiently carried out his checks and provided a full, detailed and easy to understand report the very next day. After receiving the report Tim took the time over the phone to review the report findings. From end to end the process was quick, easy, professional and thorough. Contacted Tim to do a pre-purchase inspection for our first home and he was able to attend within a few days. He was super friendly, approachable and professional over the phone and in person. Punctual and got the job done in a timely manner.

The comprehensive and detailed report came through that afternoon on the same day with photos and dot points. Tim even called us the next day to walk us through the report and answer any questions we have. He’s given us some pointers and he came across as very genuine and not hard sell.
