Truemans Golf Range

Had an amazing time with myself and some other friends. The wood fired pizza is some of the best pizza I've ever had and the range has such a welcoming atmosphere for beginners. Definitely stop by and say hi to the amazing people that own and operate this great place!

Yep, it tick's all the boxes, friendly staff, amazing pizzas, and of course the driving range is okay.

Maj was so welcoming and made us beautiful pizzas! (and some good golf tips!) We had a fantastic evening celebrating my husband's Birthday, highly recommend this venue.

Sat here with my 5 week old baby on the couch whilst dad has a hit! As locals we love love this place. Child friendly, great pizza, amazing staff - one of our fave places for a family day / night out.

For $10 you will get enough golf balls to play around. The owner is very helpful and co-operative. He taught us how play golf. Very nice experience.

The restaurant has improved a lot but the range itself is pricey for what it is. For some reason no tees anymore so every shot needs to be hit off the deck.

Three out of four of our company lunch got sick from the food an hour after eating the pizzas and the one who did not get sick didn’t eat anything
We told the lady as we left and she basically told us to get out before we made a fuss, what a piece of work

Great atmosphere. Amazing wood fire pizza made by Maj. All made to your Taste. Ask for the Bodhi pizza.

Golf was unreal! Took mum for mother’s day and dad for birthday on same night. Madge had the best service and the facility provided with pizza and beers were amazing. Would highly recommend for any individual or family and will definitely go again!

The owner was very rude and needs to work on his people skills. And the fact you can’t use a driver at a “Driving range” really is disappointing!
And not to mention very over priced!

How dare you try and make a smart remarking comment by using an ANZAC Day reference! <br/>Absolute disgrace! <br/>Since you’ve invited me to comment: <br/>After firstly say hello and asking how you were going you didn’t respond, you simply looked at our golf bags and said aggressively “You better not be thinking of using your drivers”. <br/>We saw the sign mate, you should just relax abit more. <br/>It seemed like we were asking a little too much when we were simply asking for your service to provide some golf balls to use at your range in exchange for money. Don’t try and say we were rude, we weren’t. <br/>I can’t comment on the food as we decided to go somewhere else after getting stared at when we’re practicing our chip shots. <br/>Have a great day legend.

What a fantastic find Trueman's Golf Range is we had three generations of our family enjoy the fantastic food. Maj is an absolute gem.we will be making this our regular pizza stop fresh ingredients. Artisan pizza on the peninsula.

Well I think your replies to most negative reviews reflect your nature that I and other members saw. <br/>When I was there with my family & other friends you openly yelled at other customers for simply enjoying themselves (No, they were not using a driver nor were they hitting the balls outside the boundary. They also seemed sober - Just having fun) - I note that you might have a different version of what they were doing but none the less from 3 bays up it is what our experience unfolded as). When paying for our balls I don’t think there could have been less of a smile if you tried.
<br/>Nothing personal, just an observation as a customer to maybe remove yourself from the limelight if you can’t just have an open discussion with customers in a non-aggressive manner / make people feel like you appreciate them when they hand their money directly to you. <br/>The pizzas were good & so were the updated facilities along with your lovely staff members, namely Deb). If the owner was not around on the the day it could easily have been a 4-5.

Had a fantastic time down at the driving range with Maj, Ray, Peter & Ruby.local beers were great, pizzas are amazing, and managed to score a couple of fluke shots into the barrel for some great rewards.
The team down there were great fun and very welcoming on such a busy weekend on the peninsula.thanks again for a fantastic session.

Simply, the worst place I have ever visited. There is a small whiteboard as you enter, which states that Drivers are not to be used, we entered as a group and genuinely did not see the sign, one of our group used a driver and from there we were acosted by the owner, who Was literally in my face, admittedly, under the circumstances, I gave him a spray and as a result we and at least 15 other people left. The place is extemly underwhelming and not worth the effort
Very disappointing.

I just called to try and organise a bucks party for a mate who is a keen golfer. No joke, the lady I spoke to on the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. Not only would she not let me speak, she specifically said they don't allows bucks group. Discrimination and horrible customer service seem to be a common trend with this establishment.

Never reviewed a venue before but thought I had to this time. Had to warn others that the manager (a male) are very unwelcoming!

Really alot to like here; the fantasic driving range, excellent pizzas and local beer on tap. We had such a fantastic day here aided by some beatiful weather and lovely staff.
