What an incredible experience this place is so unique. A one step shop fr all your self care and biohacking needs, which is just perfect as a massage therapist, for down time, reduce inflammation and support my mindset. I feel totally renewed afterwards. Especially love the brain tap. Slept like a baby after it!

Cryotherapy would top this place, infrared is nice, the float is soothing. Vibes are high, but something for a cold plunge? Otherwise great

James was so helpful and extremely patient as I asked him many questions about the infrared sauna to help my fibromyalgia. I was so confident with the customer service from James that I booked my first session on the spot today and paid for the 3 deal package. I really appreciate all the care James showed me making sure I understood and was happy before stating the session. The atmosphere of this establishment instantly makes you feel relaxed before you even begin your treatment. The place was very clean and relaxing and James was very welcoming and friendly:). I got the $99 offer which I highly recommend. Each therapy works differently but they all make you feel very relaxed and refreshed.

I got the trial package which was a good value. Great floating and sauna experience today. Friendly staff, very relaxed ambience, amenities are thoughtfully prepared. Next time I will do sauna first and then floating as they only have shower facility attached to the floatation treatment.

True North Float is a hidden gem. One of the benefits of attending a smaller facility it that it is so peaceful, and almost feels like your own home. The owner (James) is a wonderful host and makes you feel extremely welcome. He explained the float tanks, sauna and muscle recovery equipment well and they also offer a relaxation area so you can sit and gather your thoughts, have a cup of tea and just chill out when you've finished your session.
A confirmation and reminder system sends your booking to your email so there's no risk of forgetting an appointment. I've also had to change an appointment and I wasn't left feeling like I'd inconvenienced anyone.
True North Float has a wonderful warm feeling about it. The venue is modern and inviting and the hospitality feels personal. It's a great space and I highly recommend trying them. The extended hours are great also for being able to go in the evenings.

I have been a regular client at True North since last year and I have to say.it has led to a pivotal turning point for me in terms of BOTH physical and mental health. Having experienced an involuntary retirement of my nervous system (thanks to a chronic condition), daily life consists of a fair whack of challenges. Floats allow that overstimulated nervous system to calm the heck down, pain levels subside to a much more manageable level and it allows me to shut down those thought processes and simply get my zen on and be with the moment. To feel such a weightlessness in the water when I"m known to fight gravity more often than not, is a truly magic experience. I have added infra red saunas to my pre float repertoire and am now hooked! Really great experience. Used a three pass to see the difference of IR sauna to Swedish sauna and notably cleaner and more efficient. TrueNorth is clean and welcoming and relaxing and my partner and I loved that we could watch our streaming series while sitting in the sauna relaxing together. A real break from the kids! Love it. Recommend it.

The first word that comes to mind to describe my experience is WOW! The ambiance as soon as you enter is calming, welcoming & the setup is absolutely beautiful & peaceful. The team are so very accommodating & just simply divine.

I started off with a 30 minute infrared sauna & can normally only handle short periods. This sauna is completely different to any I've ever used as I felt comfortable & relaxed the entire time. I then had a 60 minute float. It was my first ever float experience & I honestly never thought I'd feel relaxed in a closed environment. It was truly amazing & I absolutely loved it. I feel sooooo relaxed & rejuvenated & cannot wait for my next booking. I highly recommend TrueFloat & thank them wholeheartedly for such an incredible experience

Located in a quiet leafy residential street in Coburg. James is a welcoming person with great knowledge of float tanks and inferred saunas. I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety post covid and the package (especially with sauna) really helped my system relax and find peace. Thanks for creating a clean, comfortable and homely space.
