This place has changed. The food used to be hot, fresh and tasty. Now it's cheap uncooked cheese and bad service.

Yummy filling and fresh food. I had just one taco, and it is a perfect light meal for me. We also shared some fries, which were super tasty!

Expensive and bland. Also, found a rock in my burrito. They did refund me. Couldn't taste any booze in the margarita either.

The best, take your vegetarian friends. Does get busy so be prepared to wait for a table or get takeaway.

Mexican food with plenty of options and honestly the best vegan Mexican food you can get, tacos, burritos and quesadillas. So delicious! Lots of beverages too and reasonably priced too!

Vegetarian menu but so delicious! Trippy fries are definitely my favorite. It's a small place so I would not recommend this for large groups. Can get a little squishy when it gets busy. Washroom available at the back of the restaurant. Casual ambiance.

My wife and I enjoyed 2 breakfast burritos, fries and some corn chips with salsa. All amazingly tasty vegan food! Definitely recommend Trippy Taco.

Cute vegetarian Mexican restaurant. Our tacos, corn chips and guacamole were quite nice but nothing particularly outstanding. The corner location offers good views out onto Gertrude Street. Reasonable selection of beers.

Really tasty vegetarian Mexican food. They have a decent offering of beer and wine to go with the food as well as friendly service too

The food was on paper and since it was hot at first, the cheese got stuck to the paper and at the end you would eat the paper with the food. I ordered Nachos and it was not the best Nachos either.

Most delicious burrito I've had in ages. It was packed full of flavour. There is nothing pretentious about this place. It's just honest, delicious Mexican food in a cheap looking but great restaurant. Loved it!

The worst burritos we've ever had. Bland beans, no flavour, one of them was missing salsa. Don't do it.

Got the original burrito, and it was just entirely filled with flavourless black beans, minimal limp lettuce and almost non existent cheese. Maybe I came on a bad day but it did not seem like good vego value for money and was lacking in flavour. Vibe was nice, bright walls and good beer range.

SO YUMMY! I often wont go out for mexican cause i find most places do it like.super average. But this place is the beez kneez. The everything quesadilla was huge and yum, and the Taquitos were so delicious. Would recommend getting a few things to share with a friend, though the burritos did look pretty boss. Can be vegan if you want it to be, and has a great atmosphere.

Love this place I would say it’s my favourite Mexican in Melbourne. The menu is all Veggie but don’t let that put you off as everything is so tasty. Try it once and you won’t regret it!

Smashed it down the freeway to make it in time for close they were closed 30 mins early than listed time
