TRAPT Bar & Escape Rooms

Brilliant little tucked away place filled with fun and excitement trying to get from one room to another by solving problems or finding clues.
Had a blast, definitely something different.
Will be definitely coming back.

I went to TRAPT with my colleagurs with lot's of excitement and it exceeded my expectations. My team was trapped into the room called "wizard of oz" which is the most challenging and what an incredible experience. The team work, camaraderie and excitement is just mind blowing. We escaped the room within the given timeframe.
Also, if you are struggling you can press a button and the staff will provide you clues. Overall, must try for an amazing experience.

Great venue! Escape rooms are really fun, and you get cute badges if you complete the room in the allotted time. There are also bonus adventures within the room if you finish it before 50mins, and when there was an error with the room, Laura was very sporting and gave us our badge as we had collectively decided we would've finished the room had it not glitched on us.

Overall would recommend, great vibes, and very hospitable.

Really fun escape room experience with a great atmosphere and delicious drinks on offer from the bar. Great waiting / lounge area with boardgames to play and some of the comfiest chairs you'll ever sit on!

Went with a group of 7-8 on a couple of occasions. We cant even begin to explain how well Jarrod and his manager (if he has one idk) treated us on both occasions.

He was patient, kind, generous and understanding. Jarrod, thank you so much for everything. Will be back in future and have recommended Trapt to others in the Backpackers we are all staying at. $

The escape rooms were super fun, but a few of the things were unfortunately not functioning properly which ment the the staff had to come in and try help.

We had really good experience when we went. The room was fun and really mind blowing with all the codes and stuff. Highly recommended

I did the S. P. A. C. E.room with a group of 5 people and had a fun time. The staff were lovely and helpful, although the way they delivered extra clues was by coming in-person into the escape room and explaining things which we found kind of broke the immersiveness of the experience. The room wasn't as immersive or polished as other escape rooms I have done and could use a re-vamp. The room was as challenging as it claimed to be, although some things were challenging because they did not make much sense rather than just being tricky puzzles. Overall, okay but there are definitely better escape rooms out there particularly if you are after a bit of theatrics and full immersion in the room.

Me and my partner had never done an escape room before so didn't know what to expect. The staff at TRAPT we're extremely friendly and super helpful! Staff members Jack and Laura really looked after us and made our experience absolutely amazing:)

We did the Cave In room upon recommendation from the team as it would best suit our skill level, which we really appreciated. We really had the BEST time! The room itself was super fun and the bar was a great place to debrief afterwards.

10/10 experience! Can't say enough nice things about it. Thanks again to Jack and Laura!

The worst host I have ever had. I took my friend here for her birthday and the host Michael was a monotone and dreary host. The whole experience which should have been a fun and exciting start to our Friday evening, was ruined by the host who couldn’t care less about our experience. Dont waste your money here. I have been to over 5 different escape room venues and this doesnt even come close in comparison.

It was so much fun and the creators of the room are so nice and friendly. A must for just a nice date or fun group activity!

Had so much fun here. We did the wizard of Oz room. Even though we failed as we ran out of time it was excellent. Would definitely go back again

Had a great Sunday night out at Trapt! We decided to book in 2 escapes rooms which ended up being 3 rooms as we were having such a great time and they had room to fit us in for one more. All the rooms we did were very different and had their quirks. For the bits that we just couldn't figure out, Jack and Rory looked after us so we could finish off the rooms. The cocktail menu is amazing and I would come there just to have a few on a night out! Will definitely return for another night of escaping in the future.

Cocktails were to die for its amazing how each trapt room had their own signature cocktails! The room itself was tricky but still exciting. Definitely coming back!

I have visited this place before and found staff kinda rude both times. Each time we've entered the bar we've always felt like we interrupted them chatting, not been welcomed by them. The room we played had a fault (happens) but we also dont like then having to wait for the GM coming into the room and asking where were up to, to give a clue because they haven't been watching it. Chews out time. I Just feel like there are better escape rooms experiences to be had out there.

Always great visiting these guys! I have been a few times now and they have been accommodating and fun. The drinks are great and cleverly themed. The room we did was one of the most difficult but had a lot of fun figuring it out. Highly recommend!

Had a great time at Trapt. We did the Alchemy room which was challenging but fun. The cocktails we had at the bar were really nice too and it was nice to relax in the bar after doing the escape room.

Great, friendly staff, fun themed, challenging rooms but never feeling too frustrating or unsolvable. Would highly recommend for escape room enthusiasts, might be challenging for first timers. Jack the staff member was particularly friendly.

Rory, Jamie and Benji are absolute legends!
Entertaining, professional and passionate. Escape room made me feel smart, which I'm not. First time doing it and would definitely come back again!
