WISH I COULD PUT ZERO STARS!
After spending over 12K on Dahua security systems at our factory and home, I called in to Trantech to ask (get some advice) about the speaker's that can be installed to the cameras, maybe I should entered with a suit on, spoke to the poeple on the counter who went and got somebody else to help, while talking to him he's phone rang and he walked away to answer it, walked back out no better off.
Great customer service and tech support! Very competitive pricing, would reccomend to anyone in the security industry!
What a waste of time, proceeded to tell me that I need to call an electrician to replace a block camera in a hikvision speed dome, which is low voltage and 4 screws, I just ordered a 2MP AHD 30x zoom block from aliexpress in china for a fraction of the price.
