After some shopping around I decided to purchase the 8 Package from Trantech. This 8-channel NVR system with new brand Cube cameras have been perfect for my installation business. Easier to convince my customers. I would recommend this product. Fantastic service and excellent camera and recording equipment. Very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. Highly recommended, quick and efficient.

The team from Trantech did a great job designing our Dahua security camera system. Thanks to their support, all the cables were drawn through the roof and through discreetly placed conduits leaving no external signs of the cables. They were very courteous and gave me a good price too! Would definitely recommend using their services.

They have so many kinds of cameras with amazing tech, especially, wireless network CCTV cameras with crystal clear night vision and SMD. I love the way they tell me how to play with those features.

I came to Trantech because of unknown problem to access to footage from my customer's system. They offered me cube cloud and it is better than my old one, easy to use and nice app's display. Somehow my client loves it even more than my popular system I usually quote. Worth a try.

I also love the app, very intuitive and easy to use.
Anyone can browse past events with just a few taps.
Very straightforward. Images are crystal clear and
way faster than our previously installed system.

I've been installing only Dahua products more than 6
years. I have many installs in different locations in
various conditions. Trantech supplies good products,
work well and stable. They also help me on the app -
smart PSS when sometimes, I forgot the
configuration. Good service. Keep it up.

Trantech offers me the Dahua brand that has lots of benefits, including smart features and good video quality, at an affordable price. Kevin gave me useful advice for every single product in set up. I am so pleased about the regular discount for my gold membership.

They gave me exact advice on my requirements, we
can imagine our way to install even before going to
clients. They also have something interesting, calling
Cube cloud. As their talkings, I won’t be stuck with
network or HDD problem anymore. I tried the demo
and it’s very promising. Will be back soon.

stock. Everything seems legit to me. Good to know

Had an account with this company for the past 4 years, honestly had nothing but bad experiences here. Sold products that are faulty out of the box more than once and the post sale support was terrible. Promised multiple times by Kevin that it won’t happen again, and “I’ll look after you on the next order”. Unfortunately that never came. Would steer clear of these guys far better wholesalers, that actually care about their customer base.
To finish in a nutshell I’d have better luck calling the Covid-19 hotline to order Dahua cameras than getting these idiots to pick an order right the first time. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

Very loyal and willing help. We are regular customers and all the guys there reflect that. Helping us out with all our needs whether it be price or tech support Kevin and the team are good at what they do.

Used to order here and there from these guys, went to order some products today (knew exactly what i wanted) and they tell me my accounts deactivated and id have to go through an application process again, made a simple transaction painfully hard so have gone elsewhere, bloke on phone didnt care

Unprofessional company with fake brands.
They are selling fake products such as dahua, hikvision, bocsh NO warranty at all.
Kevin is owner and he is rude and liar person.
Don’t waste your money and time in trantech company because of low price.

I have been using Trantech for three years now and cannot fault them!
as an Electrician they have supplied all my CCTV and security needs as well as on time delivery and great service.
Also their support team has been great at helping me commission my installations quickly.highly recommend!
