Absolutely discussing service by a so called manager named Pauline, by a back pack with a price of $5, then to be told it's $24, then I go and look and see the bags witch are the exact same and I have a price of $19.99, and $24.99 not a sorry just it's $24.99 nothing I can do, although I no I am to receive an item for what it is prices, to be told it's not my fault there priced wrong. Well sorry yes it is. I am so discussed in the way I was spoken to and to be told by another team member she wasn't being rude.

Went there to have a look at some toys and got excited because they were having 20% sale on Lego and thought awesome my son loves Lego. Unfortunately they are definitely not worth it. After looking around I saw they had the Minecraft Pirate ship. I was at Kmart last night and they had it for $54 not on special. Toyworld had it marked down to $63 that's with the 20% off. The sign of Melbourne's cheapest toys definitely doesn't apply here. Friendly staff and they had some awesome stuff especially some older Lego sets and older toys I had been looking for the kids that you can't get anymore but not worth the price.

Quite a large store, with a bit of everything for all kids ages. Bargain bins throughout the store too
