Went here to see if I could find specific toys from a specific disney movie. It was the only place that not only did stock what I required, but plenty of options.

Worst Customer service I purchased LEGO from this store for my son had a missing Piece and the Ladies were not at all helpful dint wanted to listen to me at all kept on saying you need to directly contact LEGO and deal with it we can't help out. Even the Manager was not understanding my situation it's not our problem you need to deal yourself. Very upsetting with my purchase and horrible horrible customer service.
Never coming to this shop again as it should be their responsibility to help, and the ladies were making faces instead of helping me.

Worst toy world shop in Melbourne. If you are looking to buy hot wheels or any items as collectable this is definitely not the place to shop. They stick massive security sticker on the item which cannot peel off and rub them against the table so hard that it will get scratched. Also very poor customer service. I haven't seen doing the same in any other toyworld shops

Decent range of toys, but very much feels like these toys are all outlet older models or versions. Some okay prices, some standard. Big store though

Great hobby shop. Just need to bring back the enamel tins of paint. The glass pots don't do the job.

Went in to buy a Hotwheels car that I am looking for, the woman said I have to buy the full set when I only wanted the one certain car, The cars she tried to say were a set when they are individual models, The full set of the series of cars is approximately 100 cars, They only had 5. They would only sell the one car I wanted if I purchased the other 4 that I have no interest in. Avoid this store at all times very very bad service

Awsome range well worth the travel to from the west side of town. The young staff both on the floor and at the register did all they could to help me and my five year old find multiple items and recommended others he was really excited about.

Cheap prices customer service very good but quality of toys not up to standard always something goes wrong I guess why they're cheap

Poor customer service. Usually kids are greeted kindly. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case this weekend, highly disappointed, my kids were purchasing their toys and sales employee was ignoring them and being rude.

Friendly staff, huge array of toys from a variety of cartoons, & speciality kids shows suitable for varying age group.

You also have the possibility of suggesting new toys so they can order. It is a bit pricy as everything has been lately.

Good parking front and side. Busy traffic on main Rd. Good selection of toys. Friendly staff. No POP VINYLS T_T

Huge store and a huge selection of toys. A childs dream come true. My daughter enjoyed a good 45 minutes exploring the store and we didn't even make a dent in terms of what we saw.

Definitely a good place to check out for great gift ideas. Will be back.

I went there as I was told they had die cast cars and plastic models cars to 1/24 scale as I had been there years ago and they had none at all but there greensborough store had plenty at the time and at fawkner store I went to have a look for myself well I'll never go there again they r way too expensive plastic model cars 1/24 scale $64.95 each how redickuless unless u have a clearance sale and make them cheaper there's no other way I'm going back there again

Fabulous variety of toys for children. They also have toys for babies. There are board games, kids toys, arts and crafts, lucky dips, car models to name a few.

Everything your kids want is in that place. It's like a huge warehouse and every time we go there we spend a lot of time because of the endless options of toys, board games, colors, books etc. Whatever your budget is, you'll find something your kids love. Highly recommend. Parking is easy too.

Great, but waiting for star wars lego to come into stock. A shame there's no ETA. We'll revisit agsin

Not a good place to buy toys. You can't return or exchange once you buy anything plus cheap material toys

I really expected better bargains and product. Most of the discounted items are toys that are older so past the "in" phase and kids would already have them. Some are damages packaging so you couldn't gift them. I think I'll stick to Kmart and Target. The prices are very similar anyway.

Don't bother with this place. Bought a puzzle from here. It was in a damaged box but sealed so I figured it would be okay. On opening it I found the inside bag had been opened and resealed with a bread bag clip. I was really hoping all the pieces were there so did the puzzle. Three pieces are missing. They'd opened it, used it, lost pieces, and resealed it in order to pretend it was new and sell it.
