Great job on my Nissan. Original system was worn out. Now with new improved speakers, the sound is fantastic. Crystal clear for a change!

Uninterested, dismissive, condescending. Only interested in replacement of all components at full price and 3 X the price of labour as competitors. Quoted $700 to wire my new 2 channel amplifier into the factory radio plus parts (Already had amp wiring cable including fuse) Advised that a passive subwoofer enclosure i acquired wouldn't be suitable because it was secondhand. Its a MDF box with a driver in it that i tested was working fine. Worth noting i had a competitor install the amplifier to the factory radio for $150 took him him 40mins

I have just had Apple car play installed by Tower Audio, as well as a reverse camera in my 2011 Toyota Hilux. I have had an incredibly impressive experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable in all things cars, in particular audio/camera. The craftsmanship/attention to detail is meticulous. The customer service is excellent, providing honest solutions to my needs. The care they showed to ensure I understood the system and how to use it after it was installed, was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company. Just a wonderful experience.

Had a new audio system installed with additional security camera. I highly recommend this business, father and son duo (Chris and Michael.) I shopped around at 4-5 businesses at first but Chris’s knowledge was exceptional. He made suggestions no one else did and in the end it was a great job. Neat work and a system that really got me value for money. I’ve waited 3-4 months to write this as I wanted to really test out my system. It’s made my car such a great place to be now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get car audio installed. Their knowledge and care to get the best result with whatever equipment you have unbeatable! I bought a new car with a deck im unfamiliar with. The screen was black and i couldnt turn it on. The previois owner assured me it was working before and it worked great while test drive. I walked in asking if they could take a quick look at it i in case I was missing something thinking they might see something I didn't because they work with this all the time. Instead of taking a look the man said I'd have to book an appointment, they were booked a week i n advance and hed probably sell me a new one instead of repairing, if so. I left. I continued to play around with it and found a tiny button I could push with a pen. This rebooted it. Yes i figured it out on my own and it was easy, but having no willingness to be helped and told I'd most likely be sold a new one for such a small fix I was very disappointed in the service.

Looking for a local business that specialised in car audio and came across Tower Audio. Chris talked me through my options and ended up with Hertz speakers/sub and Audison processor/amp. He also installed a Thinkware dash cam. I could not be happier with the end result. The Hertz speakers are quality and the overall quality of the whole job was beyond my expectations (including the sound deadening on an SUV). Chris is a bit of a perfectionist and I would highly recommend his 30+ years experience to anyone (and have done). Great work Chris and Michael.

Commendable quality products. I purchased an audio system for my car and it's been more than 2 years that I am using it. Believe me, it sounds still the same. Tower Audio products are a really good option.

I was looking for some good car navigation system and I found Tower Audio on the list. I visited their website and was amazed to see the range of options they provide. Since I don't have much knowledge about navigation system Chris’s team very well handled my requirements. They provided detailed guidance with scientific backing which really impressed me. I made the right choice and would recommend it for navigation systems.

Had a dashcam installed and Chris was awesome in explaining the differences between the products and patient in answering all our questions. There appears to be a lot of care with the installation and the car was returned to us with an explanation of how to use the dashcam.

Came back a second time to install another dashcam in my other car.

I went to Tower Audio recently to purchase a touch screen stereo. Chris went through a range of products with me and helped me choose a Pioneer system with a sub and an amp. He really knows his products and his service was first class too! I was so impressed that when I went to pick up my car that Chris took the time to pair my phone up to the system and even showed me how to use it! I am sooooo happy with this thumping sound system and I highly recommend these guys! Thanks so much Chris!

Got a sub amp and head unit installed. Had nothing but trouble. They didn't screw it down to the floor "because they didn't wanna put holes in my boot" really translates to couldn't be bothered. And apparently ran out of the screws that hold the power adapter to the unit. So the plug drops out whilst I'm driving. And now the unit doesn't even work at all. All in all they're just lazy and very unprofessional will never go here again or recommend them to anyone.

This is the only way I could reply back to you. I do not use my real last name online for my privacy, the amp/ sub are in one box. So no its not under a seat. Its in my boot rolling around freely. The brand is Vibe. It has a quick release plug. It is meant to have 4 screws to hold it in place. You guys put in 2. So the quick release plug falls out of place and loses power to the sub/ amp. I would bring it back. But I tried that once and was told there is nothing that can be done by you guys amd id have to buy the other 2 screws myself. But that didnt stop it from constantly dropping out on me. So after wasting $1200+ on installation and product. Its now useless. You can try and brush this off as a fake review all you want. Doesn't change the fact you run a dodgy business that cannot do a proper installation

Ridiculously over priced products, installation charges are more than double the price compared to their competitors, and expect to go back to have things fixed.

One of my friend's told me about the Tower Audio. He told me that they have good experts to install alarms and audio systems for any cars. I was surprised with the working system and functionality of my car alarm as well as audio system. Really I am very happy with this product. The price is also reasonable to everyonel. I will recommend this. Thanks for providing these type of products.
