Totally Outdoors just completed a deck with a louvered roof at the rear of our house and we LOVE it. Worked with Jay for about 8 months getting the design right. Jay was awesome to deal with - nothing was ever too much trouble. Alex and the build team where fantastic also - great quality and attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the result! Very happy with Totally Outdoors. Had a deck and louver roof installed. Quality of the work was very high, and they were happy to work with us to get all the final details right (as well as throughout the build). Communication was outstanding during the entire process - best we've had with any building company. All their contractors were great to deal with (and cleaned up after themselves). Having enjoyed our new deck over the summer, we now ask ourselves the question why we didn't do this much earlier. It has transformed our outdoor area. Thanks so much to all the team.

We recently had a roof louvre system installed by Totally Outdoors over the rear deck of our house. We are very pleased with our new roof. It was built very professional and with quality workmanship. A special thanks to salesperson Lee who was wonderful and very helpful to us and also to the building team of Alex and work partner who were just fantastic. 5 stars definitely.

We were thrilled with our louvred roof erected by Totally Outdoors. The finished product is stylish, professional, well finished and a great addition to the house. It looks like part of the house as we hoped, not an add on, with beautiful angles matching the house roof angles, colour and design fitting perfectly. If there was zero star option I would rate this zero stars - what was promised was not delivered - customer service zero - had to call multiple times just to remind them to start working on project

I'd never though i'd go online to tell people about my experience with businesses. This happens to be one of the poorest experiences with customer service i have ever experienced. Enough to motivate me to jump online and tell people about it.

Would stay away from these smooth talking sales people. - What was promised was not delivered. Reply was "DO YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING? "
