Totally game has a huge variety of games and their staff is incredibly nice and helpful however if you are going to arcade to win prizes then don't go here, I would suggest arcade to put prizes that are hard to find in stores for example last time I went I got a 3m cable which I couldn't find anywhere else, this is the type of prizes they should have not ones we can go out to buy for less of the price that they give.

Fun way to drop some cash with kids. Good selection of little prizes. Hard not want to play yourself! I like that money is uploaded on to a card for cashless payment on machines. Will be back in near future.

Been going for a year now, saved up around 16k tickets. Amazing prizes and they aren't hard to get as well. Always tons of fun, always a few next games every month. Big jackpots are a breeze.

I definitely recommend coming here. Best arcade experience you'll ever get. I do recommend also coming here around midday during the week. Little to no people and more time to spend having fun.

Always have a fantastic time bringing the kids to Totally Game. They continue to update the games and the staff are always so friendly and helpful!

A really fun place! Plenty of options for games, great for small groups, and you can end up winning plenty of tickets. I’ve been there three times already and I would’ve been there more often if i lived closer.
My only take is that i think there should be more interesting options for prizes.they’re alright, but maybe I’m just too picky!
Overall recommend for sure.

Just a bit of light entertainment for the little (and big!) kids when you've had a long day at Southland. Yes, you can DEFINITELY get better value buying the prizes elsewhere and your kids shouldn't be wasting all of their pocket money there, but it's a bit of harmless fun as far as I can see.

Great arcade with plenty of games to suit kids of almost all ages. My five year old loves this place, particularly the game that enables him to defend the world from an alien invasion while also collecting tickets to get a prize at the end. Downside is that it's often very crowded, but it's definitely great fun.

An overpriced cashgrab disguised as a plausible establishment. A sight to behold! A wondrous establishment!

Fun small-medium sized gaming place for family and kids to play, earn tickets and great choices of games & the ticket prizes. Helpful staff just be aware of weekend times and school holidays as this place gets really cramped.

Good service however a rip off as all prizes not worth the value of spend. Better off taking your kids to reject shop to spend $20-30 on what they want or big w. I knkw uts the experience but they have to look into giving kids small gifts or drop pricea of games!

Probably the noisiest arcade you'll ever go to. Decent games and they do birthday party packs too.

Came late at 930pm, just before they closed. Quite empty by then, but was really impressed with their range of games and arcade machines. Really enjoyed the multiplayer basketball. There's something nostalgic about collecting tickets and swapping them for prizes. Very generous redemption rates for the prizes too. Service staff at front desk were so friendly and gracious with their time too. Highly recommended!

I will only give five stars if they get guitar hero in and if its $1 per game then they got Five stars *****

My son spent $50 to get 700 points, was given a faulty toy, when we came back to swap it over, they refused without a receipt.the interesting thing is, they don't give out receipts.very disappointing. Will not go there again (we have spent hundreds of dollars there over the years). Very unethical place and operators.
