37Has a decent collection of fun games outaide of the typical chanced based onrs. 3 stars because any of the actual skill based games seem to have a low maximum allowed payout, and lock up if you reach it
Dropped in for a few games with my 5yo and Megan and Steph were working. They have to be the nicest friendliest customer service staff I’ve ever spoken to. My son had the best time! Hats off to you two ladies.
This place teaches kids to gamble. They get addicted to scoring points and have to do it by wasting tonnes of money. Horrendous place. Let your kids go outside and play in a healthy skilful manner. Once your kid enters this place they are doomed with the addiction it encourages and you are doomed to be constantly broke. If I could rate it as -5 stars I would.
Thank you to the staff working today, gifted us some extra tickets in order to claim a prize! Very sweet and thoughtful for my little one, much appreciated
For kids of all ages, young and adult. Great selection of games and prizes. And of course, friendly staff that are always happy to help
This place is definitely a sensory overload for kids and adults. About 50 arcade games for kids to play. Usual "claw" games which always seems to be rigged so that the claw always drops what it picks up, VR games, whack a mole, pinballs, etc etc. Each game costs about $2.20 which is why $2 coins don't work any more. Put your cash on a swipe card, 2 kids will spend $30 in 5 minutes then take 30 mins deciding what rewards they get. You get points playing the games which can be redeemed for trinkets, toys, lollies, and the usual plastic rubbish but oh my goodness kids love it. When we were there, Saturday afternoon, it was packed! 10.4 went back and this time was quieter so kids I was with didn't have meltdown! They had a go at a number of attractions and when 6 year old was at basketball throw game, I couldn't help myself and went for it and sunk half my shots and I'm thinking I should go back on my own and practice! Though that would be weird going there without kids.
Medium size arcade with different game variety and excellent customer service with lovely smiling genuine staff all around.
Also, it's always such a clean place.
Thank you all for your great service.
Great place to hang out for arcade games, including Midnight Maximum Tune 6 (now 6RR). The maimai DX machine is well maintained in exchange for a higher price.
Asked for 3x$25 cards. Was charged $165. Noticed too late - was told they were sorry but couldn't help. Just be aware and double check.
To the owner: we attended today. We did not spent all the money. All I heard was nothing could be done about it, no refund in exchange for the cards or anything was offered to me.
We spent $50 at totally games just beicase we wanted to get Alex from Minecraft which then we got the jackpot on goal line rush but instead off giving us 500 tickets they gave us 50 extremely disappointed in their service and would like to speak to their manager
Fun for kids, teens and adults - really good selection of games.
Our kids like the more modern Virtual Reality games (like Rabbids) while my wife and I enjoy the old school games like Skeeball & knock down the clown ball games.
Check it out and you're bound to find something you'll enjoy!
Plenty of fun games to play. Holding the highest score in Hyper Pitch at the age of 56 was the highlight for me
6yr old had a party here, all of the 16 kids loved it. The host was brilliant, very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend
Great place with better and more affordable awards than at any other arcade at Melbourne. Keep up the great work!
Great store with a good atmosphere for all ages, filled with fun games, friendly staff and a range of amazing amazing prizes
Best place to hang out for arcade games, including Midnight Maximum Tune 6 (now 6RR). Also the cheapest play price for maimai DX

So much fun. Lots of games for children and adults. I saw they do birthday parties too. Great toy selection too for redeeming tickets.
I was very excited when Maimai come to Southland. But a few the customer services completely ruins the happiness. I'm glad that I'm coming to TG Southland and experience the worst customer service I've ever seen.
1. Price raise from $2 to $3. I totally understand it's expensive to run but hey, you are now 50% more expensive than kingpin/Timezone at the top tier top up, not mentioning they have double dollars/loyalty rewards/discount gift cards.
2. The night before June lockdown I called to confirm the opening hour. The response was: we don't know.if people coming in and we make more money then we will close later. A business with no fixed trading hour but depend on how much you make?
3. Today and the worst one, 6 people from 3 groups were lining up playing Maimai, three staff came to us to complain how messy the ground is, the stool were not supposed to be here and how we are taking the capacity and just sitting here. You are barring the party area, put the machine in a tiny corner and said we shouldn't put our belonging on the ground and wait here? You should be considering this is happening and make arrangements, open up the party area for us to sit and store our stuffs when it's not occupied. Please go to crown and highpoint and see how much spaces are there, more people lining up but it's never been an issue. And with a even better statement: this game is $3 for 15min and look at those game cost $2 for 10 seconds, we are not making money just to service you guys. If we are running out of capacity can you wait outside the venue so we can fit more people in? Well well thank you for telling us as a customer that we are here and you don't make money because we are here, We just decided not to block your way making money and avoid TG Southland if we can.
Very very happy that this place has a MaiMai DX machine, however I suggest to turn up the MaiMai volume as it's really quiet without earphones (or at least turn it up during the day when there's less people, or simply having staff to turn it up on request when appropriate. Kingpin's cab is way louder which makes the experience for new players very enjoyable).
On another note, I understand that due to social distancing the venue can't house a lot of people, but telling us MaiMai players to wait outside came as a surprise to me. I'd say have a seperate line outside dedicated to MaiMai DX, or open up the party area when it's obviously vacant so we can wait there and be out of everyone's way while we wait our turn. Also a proper place for us to store our belongings would be great if you don't want us to leave out stuff near the cab.
I don't know about others but I'm more than happy to bring my own sanitising wipes to wipe down the chairs I've sat on in that party area if staff are busy or just simply reluctant to do so. I completely understand that this venue has been hit very hard by covid but please understand us dedicated MaiMai players a little more, we also didn't get to play MaiMai or any other arcade rhythm game at all during lockdown. I personally came to you guys instead of kingpin or timezone is I know you're a family business affected by covid and I want to support you guys more. Please don't make me change that opinion. Also you might make more money on us as MaiMai does not give tickets (and I genuinely just don't care about arcade tickets at all) so although a game might take long, you can save money on paper tickets and/or on the prizes.
For MaiMai players, I'd say come here anytime as the cab it's usually not that busy but DON'T come during school holidays as the same events may befall on you. This place also doesn't have a queue board which kind of makes the game not flow so well.
