38The worst sales team ever I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them, they had been rude with me, i bought an items for click and collect service and paid online then I arrived there and realized that my order been canceled and I have to wait for 5 business days to get my money back, the stuff been really rude they didn’t even answer me or tried to help.
Some Workers there are very cold and not in touch with their customers.
Very poor communication and customer service.

Went to an EOFY open day and bought a welder. They had a genuine expert welder from Unimig on site who even handed out his card for after sales service. They had a guy from Bosch who said he would personally bring a 2nd collet to the store for my Die Grinder (I received a phone call today to say it was waiting). It looked like they had expert help from most brands on site and all the staff were running around offering assistance. Good atmosphere, very helpful. The 5 people I interacted with all did so in a cheerful, helpful sort of way. Good stuff!

Staff members went above and beyond today to help me purchase new tools. They were able to courier tools from another store with approximately 2hrs notice. They were able to get me what I needed by end of business today. Extremely happy with the effort they put in. Great work.

I had a great experience with this total tools, Paul and Matt helped me tremendously with what I wanted and needed and found ways around the different kits I needed to make them perfect for me. I highly recommend that you see them, they will sort out whatever you need

He went far and beyond to ensure that I was able to purchase what I required and called me back to inform me that they had just received more stock for what I required even though he didn’t have to.
I am extremely satisfied in dealing with Jamie.
Update: I was sent the wrong item although delivery was extremely fast and upon them finally returning my call in regards to being sent the wrong item they advised me that the item is in fact NOT in stock but, says it is available online for some reason.
Total tools is doing their best to ensure that I can get the item I require or will offer a refund
and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
Still waiting as have been told my order has been transferred to Brooklyn now and now nobody will respond to any of my enquires as to when I’ll in fact receive the item in which I paid for. Very poor communication from any other staff

Total tools should change their name to “Total disgrace” staff and manager totally rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! Stay clear of this store. Store refused me to do refund for an item purchased 3 days ago, still wrapped in original packaging unopened with receipt because it’s “Covid19” season and I have touched the packaging
(Dint you guys touched it first) ? OMG. No visible Sign for “NO REFUNDS” never told while making the payment, not mentioned on receipt or on their website.
In my opinion the standard that all retail could be held up against for service and prices. Rob and Paul always welcoming and ready to help you find what you need at the best price. Whether your spending five grand or five dollars, you will walk out satisfied. Sometimes feeling guilty almost. Highly recommended.
Massive thank you to AJ and Paul on helping me get my framing gun fixed! Had very poor help from Sydney tools who I brought it off, they just kept passing blame and gave me false phone numbers to call. Thank you to hoppers crossing total tools for getting me back on my way
Walked around for ten minutes and no body helped me, everybody was too busy playing with there fingers behind the counter, also nobody greeted me while i walked in the door couple people saw me walk in made eye contact, not even a smile.
Just sharing my experience, everyone has a different one.
Over the pass 3 years I've bought things ranging from adhesives to chainsaws from this place, service is amazing & reliable. The guarantee they have is good as gold, they stand by it firmly & I know this as the first chainsaw was factory faulty but they swapped it out and fueled/oiled up the new one within 5 minutes.
This place while it may not seem like it, is also a jewelers best friend for those of us running custom machines or engineering new parts. Definitely recommended!
All of the other total tools I shop at regularly take American Express. If not they will take card numbers, except this store refuse. Poor
Have gone back recently and they still don't take Amex! I now use Melton and south Melbourne for my weekly purchases! Won't come back!
Extremely satisfied with the service with the hoppers crossing store. Coming from a long term bunnings customer to be welcomed with open arms by the team here. Service you find hard to get anywhere anymore highly reccomend to all tradies there was nothing to hard for these gents. Well done guys A+
