The staff in this store make me really disappointed, they sold me saw blade feel like used that for 1 year
Only cut 4 pine timber the blade was really blend
I ring up the store they asked me if i used the blade and i said yes i used it cut only 4 pine told me bring it back. We change it for you. When took to the store they refused to take it back
Wasted my time and it cost me more then the blade.
When told why you didn't tell over the phone they were shut their mouths and looking at me.
I left the blade for them and without and refund or exchange. I went the Sydney tool they gave me the best blade for the job
If you guys need tools go to Sydney tools not total tools
I will never return to total tool

The guys in the store are very helpful and knowledgeable. They provided perfect guidance to buy a line trimmer and leaf blower. Good service!

Purchased the DeWalt DWS 780 305mm mitre saw & stand combo from the hoppers crossing branch. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan received friendly, polite & efficient customer service. Store offers broad selection of many different power tools & brands at competitive prices, helpful Staff on hand offering advice.
I would definitely recommend shopping here in the future!

They use advertising tact just to attract clients when say low price guarantee on their product. Not just Hoppers crossing store it's Totaltool. They price match only if they find it profitable to them. I was refused today when they find it $200 more expensive than competitor. The item was in stock. Manager took the decision. Joe said that manager refused to match price because its below their purchase price. Shame.for such a large scale business to back off their terms on the policy which they presented everywhere on welcoming calls, shops, website etc.

So i have recently opened my own fabrication and furniture business
Being an ex staff member of total tools i can be a pain in the butt
However robert and paul have been amazing.they have located my machines and provided me with amazing pricing and backup service
I will be back to purchase more machines as i expand my business

Went in with the intentions of buying a pre made kit, the boys instore put together a custom one with everything I wanted and more for a very good price, will be travelling from Geelong from now on

Lovely staff who are very helpful. A huge selection of power tools, safety equipment and work clothing. The store usually have a sale on and the prices are definitely worth it.

Went in there for some help with a tool and Mark at the front was all help, professional service and an absolute legend.

0 STARS - STAY CLEAR! - They will never call you back when promised, all round garbage service. Bought an item from online store but they assigned my order to total tools hoppers crossing. Heard nothing so I followed up a week later. The following week they deliver and item that was COMPLETELY different to the one I originally purchased. I call every single number try to get some help or refund, and no one are trying to do some things right. Pathetic service and no accountability. Go Sydney Tools or anywhere else but here. Terrible and misleading service. So much time wasted with this clueless people.

Total tools should rename itself "Total Disgrace" because their employees and managers are completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional! This store should be avoided at all costs. This store refused to give me a refund for an item purchased 1 days ago, still wrapped in original packaging unopened with receipt. On top of that, they didn't even give us the right machine as we were looking for something with durability and had quality, however they handed us some cheap unendurable machine that did not fit our purpose, but they insisted and said that it was the right fit, when it was utterly revolting. Therefore, this was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had, considering that we have been their loyal customer for years now and this is how they treated us after all of the money we have poured into their business! COMPLETELY DISGUSTING.

Terrible experience! Was here yesterday with my fiancé, he was there to buy a laser and one of the staff members tried to give him one that had already been open.
Box was open, parts missing, had fingerprints all over the laser.
When my fiancé questioned him a few times and asked for a new laser that had not been opened or used he was told that that’s all they have and kept saying it should be okay!
Had to ask staff at the counter for a new one.
On top of that when we returned back to the car there was another of the staff helping a customer put something in the car, they opened their door and hit my car and left a scratch!
It’s a small scratch but a proper apology, a discount for next time or an offer to fix it would have been nice!
We will never be going back there again.
