Walked in and showed a guy at the counter a globe for a Makita torch was told they have no globes went out to my car run them from my car spoke to a nice lady and was told which globe would I like for which torch and was told thay had lots of them would not go to this place again because they have no idea

Been to Total Tools on a number of occasions, always deal with the manager Rob who is always very helpful and knowledgeable, great range of tools and with more diversity then Bunnings, heaps of parking.very good place.

I rang them on the phone the day before to see if they had a combo pack in milwaukee i was looking for fountain gate had them and put one aside for me for 24 hrs as i explained to Jordan Wright the sales person on the phone i live a distance away < i went there the next day and got served buy Jordan and he explained to me the difference from serge to non surge was very helpful and was in and out within 5 minutes great service look forward to seeing the rest of the shop when i have time

Not very good when you ask if they sell points files and you get a reply what's that with no further help! Complete stranger in the store directs me to file section and finds them, if you don't know your tools at least have item locator on pc

The online ordering system being very crapy and poor processing on orders placed online. Website takes the money from customer without checking the stock level and customers have to wait for weeks until they get stocks and refused to refund money if the customer wants to widraw the order since it is getting delayed.

Spoke to "Darren" the supposed welding expert.he ensured me they had a certain helmet on hand and told me he'd physically checked. I then travel 45mins to be told its an old model that id SPECIFICALLY told Darren the 'welding expert' i didnt want, also conveniently Darren was on his lunch break! Whos now going to compensate our buiness for travel and time wasted? Absolutely useless

Got a Milwaukee drill for Christmas with faulty chuck but I have to pay to get it fixed. Not happy. Was out of warranty before I was even given it. Not used until recently to bad have to pay to get it fixed. Not happy.
