Great staff, helpful and went the extra mile to help me out. They have great knowledge on tools and nothing was to much trouble.
Great store and staff

I purchased a high water pressure system from Total Tools in Narre Warren, but it stopped working within a day. I promptly returned to the store, seeking repair or replacement as I needed it to function quickly. The issue was due to overfilling of oil in the machine, causing the malfunction. However, the customer service experience has been highly unsatisfactory. Despite my efforts to explain the situation and find a resolution, they have been unhelpful and unwilling to address the problem. They have been simply passing me on without resolving the issue. On the 9/3/23 I purchased a makita multi tool kit 40v, the item was not in stock but I was told it has been ordered in and should be available for pick up the following week which generally is always the case. It’s now the 28/3/23 and the tool has not arrived but I have received my redemption tool from Makita due to the purchase. After 2 calls to total tools in the last few weeks i decided to contact makita head office. Makita advised me there’s no shortages and they have the items in stock and there’s no hold up on there end, she told me to contact total tools and have them call makita. I followed her advice straight after our conversation. After the chasing up and ringing around I was contacted back by total tools they told me it was makita fault on there end and the tool is now in transit, I don’t buy that cause total tool has had over 3 weeks and 2 previous calls from my self to look into it, it took the customer (me) to chase up call around for a tool which has been paid in full and were talking over a $1000 not good enough total tools fountain gate

What a joke of a Boxing Day sale. No discounts at all, staff mentioned customers have to spend money to get discounts of their next purchase in store within the next 2 weeks. Store was plastered with sale signs but it’s all false marketing.

Bought the Detroit 750mm wall mount workshop fan today, installed straight away in my fabrication shop.

Absolutely shocking experience here with online sales. Buy products online, tell me in stock 1 of 3 stores closest to me, drive 90 mins to store, minutes before arriving get phone call saying go to Currum Downs no stock here. Insult me with an offer of $10 for fuel. Going back to Sydney tools.
Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND TOTAL TOOLS.

Took apart my Makita DHP482 to replace the Carbon Brushes got them out in 2 seconds, called up these guys. They tell me it's Brushes less and what ever I have in front of me isn't carbon brushes. What a Joke, called the Dandenong store without any hassles. They have them in stock for this drill.

Fantastic store with a huge selection and very helpful staff. Huge shout out to Matt, who’s knowledge and advice helped me make informed decisions on large purchases, to ensure I had exactly what I needed.

First time to purchase online at Total Tools. Bought an item that is a Special order item unfortunately ordered the wrong item. Tried to return and they have a convoluted returns process - Leave the item, call the head office, pay 20% for restocking fee. SMH Lesson learned. Should've just gone to Bunnings.

Don't know who I spoke to in store, but I was trying to pry off a stripped o2 sensor and the worker I spoke with was super helpful.
I had to come back later as I accidentally stripped my bolt, and he suggested using a speed wrench which I hadn't even thought of.

$10 and 5 minutes later the thing came off. I'd tried with a regular o2 sensor socket, a breaker bar, heat etc. But I had no luck until I used the speed wrench.

Went into the store, was greeted, went in to look at a table saw and cut off saw. Anthony approached me and was very friendly. He answered all the questions I have, telling me all the options of everything in my price range, even opened up the box to let me have an actual look at the new table saw. Great knowledge base of all the tools available and made my buying experience very easy. Looking forward to talking to him again next time I'm in store.

From the moment I walked in the store, staff member Ben was extremely helpful. The customer service I received was outstanding, which I've found is non existent in many other stores. He gave me information and specifications about many tools I enquired about. His general knowledge about a wide range of products was incredible. His patience as I made slow decisions was greatly appreciated. He made the most of offers available which worked best in my favor. Nothing was a hassle for him, as I made multiple changes to my order.

I highly recommend purchasing from this store, and will return myself for all my tooling needs.

I’ve been shopping for here at narre Warren total tools for years now. They’ve become like family lol. My main guy here Ben Casey always looks after me. Going above and beyond. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Great service, the staff there are all knowledgable in the products they sell. I had Ben personally serving me, he was patiant, full of info and didn't waste my time. I'll definitely be coming back.
