I have only shopped here once, buying a ladder over the phone. This experience went very smoothly and was pleased with the assistance I got. I'll definitely be shopping here again next time I have any tool needs.

One of their reps decided to do a demo, went outside to set up and start angle grinding right at my bonnet of my car, no one was even watching him. And was baligerent when I raised my concerns so I left with a fraction of what I was going to buy, and when I contacted head office they didn't even appolagise.
