Visited total care two weeks ago, had a bit of a wait but doctor was great, came back s few days later & again a bit of a wait but I'm patient anyway referred to dentist who was amazing she listened to me & my issues and got my teeth fixed amazing absolutely amazing.both my uncles were dentists so to have someone match their professionalism was outstanding, will be going back for 6 monthly clean no doubt.

If you want super efficient, timely impersonal 5 minute service then this is NOT the place for you. Sure, they are ALWAYS running late (but what doctor isn't?) But Totalcare doc's more than make up for it with the care, time and attention they give to everyone.
I came across Dr Chung in desperation when I was being asked to wait over 1 week for an appt with my usual GP. But from that first 45 minute walk in consultation, he went on to literally save my life.
So.too busy and too important to wait to see a great GP? First world problem.

I booked an appointment to see a doctor a week in advanced and arrived 10 minutes early to ensure I was on time. After waiting one and a half hours in the waiting room, I needed to leave without seeing the doctor to tend to other important commitments. Very disorganised. Since i dont have the luxury of wasting time i will not be coming back, people make appointments for a reason.

Turned up fifteen minutes before closing to find the place well and truly closed.lights off and sign flipped around. If you're meant to be open until 8, surely you should be open until 8?

The management/receptionist staff is nice and I can tell they're under a lot of pressure with the recent issues with doctors however the doctors are awful. Poor english/communication, rude, they do blatantly incorrect and almost threatening things (like pressure to charge you for things like blood tests or get angry for needing to print things). All male doctors that obviously know little about women's health and have given blatantly harmful/incorrect advice as well as being sceptical of the legitimacy of my condition. Have had to move on to a new clinic.

Will never go to this clinic again. My little girl was turned away because we arrived at 5.58pm.apparently they close at 6pm now instead of the advertised 8pm. Would have taken 5 minutes to see her. Appalling customer service.

Staff and doctors are great the problem is that they cram to many appointments in, they are always running late, they need to allow more time for appointments so they are on time more often.

This was a bulk billing clinic for a long time but now there's a $85 fee (get some back on Medicare but that doesn't help in the moment). I wasn't told this until after my consultation which was a shock. Staff are friendly and doctor is knowledgeable but they should warn patients that haven't visited in a while about the charge ahead of time.

I visited this clinic because my Doctor of 25years retired and for my luck, and desperation I Visited this Clinic and was introduced to Dr Sydney, I find that he is very professional, he has no time limit on his patients even though he bulk bills most of his patients, example 10 to 15 minutes. I have met a few patients of Dr Sydney And they have nothing but praise for him, I hope he will keep on serving this community at this Medical centre.

All of our Family have been attending Total Care for over 20yrs. Very good drs. Although we cannot help having a favourite, Dr Chung.

This place is great and have very professional doctors. Reception staff and friendly and helpful.
