Love this place been going here since 2016 after our old doctor retired and dr chung and dr lee are the best the reception is outstanding Kim is one of the nicest people I know very impressed with total care and all that it’s helped through a tuff time when I got a testicular torsion and got me the correct care I lost it but it doesn’t matter atleast I’m not in pain from it anymore I will one hundred percent continue coming here

Paul Grech is a great psychologist. Iv been seeing Paul for over 10 years and iv definitely had a few issues in that time and he has always been there for me through thick and thin days.
I now have no anxiety depression or anger. So 10 stars for this lovely man.
He really knows how to treat you in bad times.

I have been going to this practice for many years.
Kim is always kind, easy going and has a big smile on her face - everytime!
I haven't seen Lucina in a while but she's always been lovely and helpful.
Dr Lee is a great doctor, always patient and understanding. Nothing is ever too hard for him.

I'm just following up on the comment left by Niroko and your response. People don't always use their real name on the internet. So, you can't always find out who it may be.
From a legal standpoint, if you advertise on the internet, then anyone is allowed to leave negative feedback as long as it's the truth.
I've given you 4 stars as I used to work at the clinic a few years ago and found the doctors and receptionists were all brilliant.

Awful service. Left me waiting for 50 mins. I walked out as had to get back to work. Don’t bother wasting your time.

I have only been coming to this center for the last year since moving to the area but every time I have found the staff and Dr's to be professional, understanding and very helpful.

Dr Lee is just wonderful and genuinely seems to care about his patients.

I have nothing but praise for both the Dr's and the staff as they have gone out of their way to be helpful despite the stree being placed upon them by the Coronavirus epidemic

The Receponist at Total Care Karingal, Lucina Wilk was very helpful pleasant and very caring with her assistance to me, much appreciated, keep up the great work.

My family has been attending this clinic for 10 years. The receptionists and practice manager are lovely and very professional. The doctors take time to listen. They are caring and kind.

I have been a patient here for 7 years, I have seen all of the doctors at different stages and have found them all to be professional, courteous and thorough.

The reception staff are absolutely amazing, Lucina and Kim have gone above and beyond their scope to help me when I was sick.

The new management has RUINED this practice. The large, blonde old woman is absolutely DISGUSTING! Screamed at me, is always unprofessional, lied about my doctor returning and told me to leave the clinic, after 20 years of attendance. Should be reported.

Melanie Valentine how dare you make a comment about Kim without knowing the facts. I personally know Kim and your comment couldn't be any further from the truth. Also I don't think Kim would appreciate the comment you have made and my advice would be to remove it asap.

Dr Cheung and every other Dictor I have seen at this clinic, for over ten years, have always taken time to explain every diagnosis, listened to my concerns, and always showed genuine care and compassion. The wealth of knowledge and quality of Doctors at the clinic is apparent and obvious after every visit. Thank you for always going the extra mile to ensure I felt safe knowing my health was in good hands.

Receptionist, bottle blonde is very, very rude. Today I was told my psychologist wasn’t there. She wouldn’t ring to find out where he was and then after she said I could sit on chair to call him (I have a back injury) she shouted at me to go outside.

She has screamed at me several times. To a point I don’t want to deal with her again. Other receptionist fantastic and helpful. Dr Lee excellent as is Drs Chang and Chung.

Paul Greech the psychologist is wonderful. After my visit today the large receptionist who wouldn’t even get out of her chair belongs in the cage.

Very, very disappointed as she is the only one to spoil surgery. A new receptionist is required she is rude and nasty. I have seen her gush over other patients. I haven’t done anything to upset her.

If this feedback causes me more problems I will take to AMA.

I visited the dental clinic today, as I could not get treatment yesterday from my normal dentist, as I was in such pain. I had Dr Q Xu. He was the best dentist I ever had. I will be back again sometime in the future.

Love Dr Lee, he has always been great, not sure about returning though. If you have kids dont bother going, cranky at front reception has no patience for kids and told us off twice for minor things such as wanting to draw on a piece of paper, apparently pens are dangerous! Also told my child off for pushing a kids chair along the floor where there no other people, appointment was 50 minutes behind. Such a shame coz we like Dr Lee!

Been going there almost two years. I see Dr. Chung and Dr Chan. Both Doctors are very thorough and very caring. I am very lucky to have found them. What is missing a Lady Doctor. This is the only thing they need.
The Receptionist Kim is very friendly and caring and Lucina the Manager is very helpful.
Great Clinic! Waiting time can be ignored. These Doctors do not work with a Watch in their hands.

My wife has attended twice to this surgery. The first time with a broken foot. She was turned away and told to rest it. Got a second opinion and said she definitely needed a moon boot and medication. She went there again this week with a chest infection and was again told to do nothing. Avoid Dr Chung he is useless, rude and skeptical of people's conditions. A formal complaint will be made about that useless POS.
