Genuinely can’t think of enough nice things to say about Paul and his shop. Kind, friendly, generous, helpful, trustworthy, and all the other good stuff. Luckily I don’t need to, but I’d drive across Melbourne for the kind of service these guys give. I’ll be going back for more!

Paul and the team at Total Auto Brighton are fantastic! Communication was great and the service and tyre change was all done in a day. Definitely would recommend using their services!

Paul and his team have been servicing my Lexus since 2017. Not only the wonderful service Paul and his team take time to explain things in the language I understand. I always feel in great safe hands! I realised pretty quickly they knew how important my car is to me. They look after my car as if it was there own. I also leave with a beautiful washed sparkling car at the end. I would recommend Total Auto to anyone without a doubt!

I cant Thank Paul enough!

I was in Mildura New Year's Eve at 3.30pm when the alternator went in my car. I raced to different mechanics who advised me: - OH NO.
NO alternators in the country could take up to 5 weeks to get here!
I was thinking WHAT! I became extremely stressed and thought I wonder if Paul would answer his phone really thinking he wouldn't but WOW to my amazement there he is saying hello to me on the other end. It was so wonderful to here his voice. When I explained he said don't panic I can get and ship the alternator to you and it will be fine and have a great new years eve. Immediately I fault calm. What makes this even more amazing is that Paul was out of Australia himself. He took the time on his holiday to not just take my call he also worked to get an alternator shipped to me also leaving messages and calling me with updates on expected delivery time of the alternator etc. Just wonderful. After receiving the alternator within 3 business days I was driving back home to Melbourne. On my drive home what a wonderful surprise Paul is calling me checking that all is ok and making sure I am on my way home.

Fantastic, they went above and beyond every time. They went out if their way on multiple occasions at a minutes notice and even out of normal hours to help out. They’ve always done a great job. Very trustworthy especially with specialist cars. Highly recommended.

I'm a pretty savvy mechanical guy, so it takes me a while to trust a mechanic. I've had both my Lexus and Audi serviced here over the last 4 years, and they're genuine, honest, great mechanics.

Would recommend these guys for any car you have that needs servicing.

A simple water leak turned into a month of them not knowing what they did wrong!
Owner lacks responsibility and always blames a worker for bad workmanship.
Steer clear of this place!
